I am blown away with the home. All staff are amazing the building is beautiful and extremely clean. The whole place is out of this world.
I was a little anxious when mum first came into care at Clarendon as my experiences with nursing homes was very limited. Within hours those anxieties had been addressed. From the walk around with Vinnie to the everyday dealings with staff, I can't praise them highly enough. They understand mum's needs and they understand the family's needs and concerns.
They have made my mother and our family so welcome.
My mother is treated by the carers as part of a family and not just a number.
Clarendon Hall Care Home is very good for me mam and many other residents. Theres good entertainment and very good care. Me mam likes it there and we can visit when we want. She's been there 6 1/2 years and I visit often and have become friends with many carers and residents. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
My Aunt was cared for with dignity and understanding. The staff were always polite and obliging. I was given consideration and care as a relative. The accommodation was good and clean.
The staff at Clarendon Hall welcomed mum into their care home and have been very supportive, kind and caring. Nothing has been too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure Mum and her family are happy. Clarendon is a happy and friendly home where I know mum is safe and well cared for. Thank you to all the staff...you are amazing.
Very satisfied with the care Elaine receives at Claredon Hall all the staff are very professional and very friendly.
I have been visiting Clarendon Hall Care Home for some 5 yrs now. Always found it clean and tidy and the staff second to none as the care to my relative and helpfulness and friendliness to me. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone as the very good home that it is.
They let me stay with my nana which I will be forever thankful for. It wasn't easy for them with me there under their feet but they never made me feel unwelcome they were all so lovely and kept checking in on me at every chance they got . The little chats we had kept me sane and I am forever thankful to each and every one of them for being so genuinely kind caring and a shoulder to cry on or vent when I needed it . I am going to miss the staff.
Please pass on my sincerest thanks to the entire team for all they did for us
Mum has only been at Clarendon Hall for a few weeks. She and ourselves were made very welcome. The staff are excellent and the nursing care is second to none. They have to get Mum involved in the day to day activities. 100% thanks.
On behalf of my much loved Son. I have NEVER experienced such kindness, care. Compassion. Professionalism. From ALL DEPARTMENTS. My Son is treated as he is from the staffs own personal family. He smells lovely and clean, Clarendon is run by 2 wonderful people. It warms my heart to have him at Clarendon Hall.
Staff are always welcoming, prepared to go extra mile for residents, food is very good, cleanliness is excellent. We are always kept updated with any issue's these are always resolved quickly.
Clarendon Hall is not just home for mum, its a family safe haven for us as well. The support & care they give mum is also given to us as family. To me they are my extended family who I couldn't live without.
Couldn't recommend Clarendon Hall Care Home more. From the manager and the rest of the team, always treated my family and my daughter with utmost care and respect. That is a place I would be happy to go should I need care in the future.
Clarendon Hall is a great nursery home. The staff always friendly and happy. Nothing is too much trouble. The home is always clean and tidy. No smells. Plenty of food. Can have snacks between meds. Nothing is too much trouble.
Day-to-day care is wonderful my husband is treated my husband "one of the family". They always use his first name which makes things very personal. Nothing is too much trouble - Any "problems" or queries are sorted very quickly. Always treated with dignity. I am very happy and confident that my husband is in the best of hands.
My auntie has been made to feel so welcome at Clarendon. She has commented on how lovely the staff is (many remembered her from a brief respite care period several years ago.) She has already enjoyed a social side of life she has been missing - singing songs, petting animals, making new friends and just experiencing a much better quality of life. I'm so pleased she came here!
Clarendon Hall Care Home has looked after my mother for six months. Their care is consistently excellent. My mother, very reluctant to go into a care home, has been made very welcome. She feels very cared for and now considers Clarendon Hall home.
My husband has been a resident in Clarendon Hall for seven months. I have been so impressed with the home. It is a lovely, clean building. All of the staff are kind and caring and very helpful. Since my husband arrived at the home I feel like I have become part of a family and I feel cared for as much as my husband. Even though my husband is unable to do much, he is able to take part in the activities that go on through the week and really enjoys them. I can highly recommend Clarendon Hall.
And this being our first Christmas without our mum with us it was very hard and strange, we really did appreciate all the help and kindness shown to us as well as our mum.
