We have had a lovely family day together at Clarendon Hall Care Home. All the staff are fab and make it possible to carry on making family memories. Special mention to one particular member of staff who is awesome and has entertained us with her singing.

I cannot fault this care home at all, everybody is so caring and they can't do enough for my mam, nothing is too much trouble. My mam has been here 9 months and has absolutely flourished in here, everybody is so caring from the cooks to the carers to the management. 10/10 from me.

Wonderful afternoon catering for all ages and creating memories for the King's Coronation, one word 'perfect' everything was thought of. Always making visiting Gran easy and enjoyable. Thank you for taking great care of my gran!

The staff are Clarendon Hall Care Home are the biggest assets, they always provide loving care in a very professional way. The management deserves full credit for the caring ethos that abounds at Clarendon Hall. It represents teamwork at its best. The activities are well thought out and flexible to
the wishes of residents. The staff are well trained and handle any difficult situations with empathy and aplomb. Once the refurbishment programme has been completed Clarendon Hall with truly be a jewel in one's crown.

Excellent care and dedication to Mum and all residents but also to us the family. Such comfort and support to know how well cared for our dear mum are. Excellent all around! Having spent 5 weeks in hospital my mum was very weak and unable to walk. After a difficult first week settling in she is now responding to the care and support provided. She is eating and drinking much better and starting to walk again with the aid of a frame. Not surprisingly
her mood is improving too. Thanks and well done to all concerned!

Clarendon hall care home is a 5-star experience in every way. Our elderly mother moved in to stay here in mid-November as a long term resident. She was extremely anxious and upset about this upheaval in her life and it had been challenging for us all to make this decision together with her to make a
permanent move to the care home.
From the very first day all the staff and carers have gone out of their way to ease her anxiety and to make her, and us, feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble and if she is anxious in the night somebody comes and sits and chats with her until she feels comforted. She is treated with love, respect and dignity. She enjoys the social interaction with other residents, and she feels safe. As a result, her anxiety is decreasing and she has accepted Clarendon Hall as her new home. She loves the food, and the daily meal choices are varied and home cooked. She loves the daily activities, especially the baking and the sing songs. Huge Thank you to all at Clarendon.

My mother has been in Clarendon Hall Care Home since November 2019 and has always been very happy. She loves all the staff, they are genuinely kind, caring and compassionate, nothing is too much trouble. Knowing Mum is being so well fed and looked after has given the family peace of mind, as we know

My elderly relative has been living at Clarendon Hall Care Home for a few years now. I have always been impressed with the high levels of care and respect afforded to my relative by staff and managers alike. Recently my relative's son passed away unexpectedly and they provided compassionate care and
support for her at what was obviously a very difficult time. They arranged for her to attend the funeral with one of her favourite and trusted carers who looked after her extremely well during and after the service. I can say from experience that staff at Clarendon Hall Care Home really do care for their residents and really do consider them as part of their extended family. Thank you to everyone.

My mum was initially sent in for respite but as things unfolded, realised she needed full-time care. It was very difficult but the staff are absolutely amazing both to my mum and to us as her family. We are included and kept up to date with everything regarding her care. They go above and beyond. I
feel relaxed knowing she is so well cared for with every dignity shown.

Our experience of Clarendon Hall was amazing. We had the difficult decision to put our Grandad into a care home along with the hospital staff decision and we could not have wished for a better place for him. He had his own lovely room with en-suite and he enjoyed the meals and cups of tea. Everyone
was so kind and helpful to us and tried to accommodate us as best they could in the middle of a pandemic. He spent his last days at Clarendon and the staff cared for him so well and allowed us to visit under exceptional circumstances. If you’re looking for somewhere for your family member I’d recommend Clarendon Hall a million times over.

This last year has been an extremely difficult one, due to the Covid virus. Yet our family are absolutely delighted with the first-class care our mum continued to receive at Clarendon Hall. During the time we were clapping outside for the NHS - we were also clapping out thanks to every member of staff
at Clarendon Hall. Full credit and compliments to the lovely teamwork, carers, cooks, maintenance, cleaners, activities organiser, nurses, admin - all of them. It wasn't nice to be unable to see our mum, but hugely comforting to hear her tell us how well she was looked after and cared for. Thank you.
