My mother has been a resident in Clarendon Hall for twenty-one months. The staff have been amazing and very caring during this very challenging Covid time, which the management have handled extremely well.
I would also like to praise the person who organises the activities which are very varied and
interesting.

Clarendon Hall is fabulous. My mum is looked after very well. She is very happy there and the staff are lovely, mum thinks of them all as family. During Covid the care home has gone above and beyond to keep the residents safe. Well done to the team, both my mum and the family are extremely grateful.

I cannot fault the staff and facilities of Clarendon Hall. Nothing is ever too much trouble and very informative and supportive both to my dad and us.
Dad is very settled and enjoys the banter he has with staff.
I couldn't wish for a better place for Dad.

I have nothing but praise for Clarendon Hall. The staff are so kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. My mother is very happy and enjoys their company. She is looked after so well and I feel confident that I made the right decision for her to go there. Mum loves the food and the activities
are always interesting and imaginative. The whole family are so pleased to see how happy she is at Clarendon Hall.

My wife has been at Clarendon Hall now for the last 11 months. On my first visit, I was impressed with the standard of the home and the attention the staff were attending to the residents. It is now 11 months on. Covid-19 is upon us all. Very testing times for all but more so for the staff. The quality
of care, the conversations to the residents, the atmosphere is bright and happy. They have games and quizzes, one to ones with the residents. I am quite happy with the excellent standard of care at Clarendon. Very happy

Clarendon Hall provides a safe and caring environment for its residents. There is a close and caring team of people throughout. a feeling of family unity, a nucleus.
The entertainment is second to none - something going on every day with maximum effort. From management to carers to kitchen staff -
everyone is excellent. The food is also very good. Everyone is approachable and I highly recommend this home.

We feel confident and assured that Mum is receiving the care and attention she needs. She has got to know many of the staff and although she has her 'favourites' she gets on with everyone and feels safe knowing that there is always someone around looking out for her. Her placement at Clarendon has brought
us immense peace of mind, thank you to the manager and the team.

Clarendon cared for my father for the last 3 months of his life. When we were told he was to move to a nursing home from hospital as he was too unwell to come home, we were very worried, you hear such horror stories about care homes. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by the staff, the surroundings
and how happy everyone seemed.
Dad was extremely poorly and not always an easy patient to deal with but every member of staff from the manager to the cleaners and catering staff were always so kind, patient and respectful towards him. They were also extremely supportive to his family and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We lost Dad in July and at the end of his life we had the option to move him to the Hospice but we were happy that he would receive the very best of care at Clarendon. They handled his passing with a great deal of compassion and discretion and we are eternally grateful that they made this extremely difficult time for us as bearable as it could be.

My husband moved into Clarendon Hall from hospital. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. Without exception, my husband has been treated with the utmost care and respect as we his family have also. The home is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and has a very calm ambience about
it. It is so important to know my husband is so well cared for at this most difficult time.

I cannot thank all the staff enough for the wonderful care my father received during his 6 years here. Unfortunately, he passed away on 15th March 2018 but while he was ill during the last few days the staff couldn't do enough treating us with love, care and compassion. We will sadly miss the little
chats all the staff from the cook, laundry, carers, nurses and management taking time to pop in on dd and us his family to see if we needed anything! Thank you Clarendon Hall you are all wonderful.

From our initial visit before mum moved here, we felt very welcome. We had no hesitation in moving her in. The staff are fantastic and have nursed mum back to good health, keeping us informed of any issues along the way. The manager has been incredibly helpful and is always there at the end of a phone
or email to give advice and guidance, she goes above and beyond. All staff show a huge amount of care and consideration, and we couldn't be happier with mum's home. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The team are very caring and show a genuine care for all who are in there.
The home manager regularly communicates with me (good or bad).
My dad just had his 90th birthday and Clarendon Hall made it a very special
and memorable day.
