My father was only in Bridgewater for two weeks a year ago, unfortunately, after suffering from terminal cancer for over two years before he passed away. We chose Bridgewater, as it was outstanding accommodation compared to any others in or around the area. The staff were superb, going to any lengths to ensure my dad’s comfort in his final weeks and days. They pretty much asked him what he wanted to eat towards the end and did their utmost to accommodate his every need. Couldn’t ask for kinder, more competent or caring staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this home and worry so much for them during these dreadful coronavirus times. All the best to you all.

Mum came into Bridgewater for a week respite. We had been so worried that she would not receive good loving care. We could not have been more wrong. They have been wonderful and managed Mum's pain and anxiety far better than we had at home. If Mum needs to come back I am grateful she has Bridgewater to return to.

On our visits to Bridgewater Park, it had a clean, light and airy feel. The staff were always pleasant and friendly and always had time to answer any questions. Although dad didn't use the dining room, it was always set up nicely. He had his meals in his room, which was never a problem. The menu was nicely varied. In the short time dad was a resident in Bridgewater Park, he was cared for with respect and a lot of patience. Thank you all.

During the three week period, my mother stayed at Bridgewater Park Care Home. She was given excellent care. Our whole family was treated with great kindness and consideration.

There is a good atmosphere here and the staff work together with food humour and are caring and helpful.

My mother-in-law was given weeks to live in December 2016, she moved to Bridgewater in 2017 and died in their care in April 2019.

She lived a lot longer than expected and all the family agree that because of the fantastic care and attention she received from all the staff she had a wonderful and peaceful two years. The staff went out of their way to help her. We think they are all brilliant at their jobs and many will stay close friends. The words thank you really do not seem enough but we are truly grateful to all of them.

All staff very professional and patient. My brother could be a bit techy and set in his ways but they looked after him really well and made him as comfortable as possible. Also sorted out funding required, he could not have been in a better place.

Nearly a year on and now well settled. The family are still very pleased and impressed. All the staff are friendly and caring. Our son, the service user, has his medical needs met. Unfortunately, he is restrained to his room by the need for high volume oxygen generators, but staff are caring and keep him involved even if he can't attend the activities.
