My sister was transferred from hospital having suffered a broken leg after a fall. The move is temporary in order that we can sell her house and purchase a bungalow. She has been treated very well during her stay and has given us great peace of mind whilst we get on with the business of house sale and purchase of bungalow. I don't know how we would have managed all this without Bridgewater Park Care Home - keep up the good work.

Staff are very friendly and helpful to Mum, although I sometimes think less time spent on filling in paperwork and attending more to all resident's needs would be appreciated.

My mother has been in Bridgewater Park for over four years and I find the quality of care is nothing short of excellent. It is very reassuring that my mother's welfare is managed to a very high standard by all the staff.
It is also good to know that my mother is encouraged to participate in activities run by the two ladies who are responsible for all activities in the home.

I would also like to say that the Matron runs the home to a very high standard and is very approachable.

Cannot overstate the wonderful treatment given, not only to my Stepmother but also to the rest of the family who visited and stayed with her during her final hours. Both medical and care treatment were first class. We may have felt like a nuisance but were always assured that we were no problem. Rooms were light and airy and we were welcome to personalize them to our taste. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to others.

Just transferred my mother into Bidgewater (10 days). The manager has been helpful and understanding. Travelled quite away to assess they could meet my mothers needs. They seem after only a week to have settled mother in well into a clean and tidy surroundings. Staff have been caring and helpful and are taking on board how to get the best response from mother for her well being and settling in.

The Manager and the staff were fantastic, caring for my mother in her last few weeks. They looked after myself and my family in the final days to a very high and professional standard. Even during the quiet times when we just slipped in to the home all you could hear was comforting and kind words to other residents.
