Overall Experience
The main thing for me is the wonderful care she is being given from all the staff. This has given me the assurance that she is in the best place to be in. I now have the confidence to take holiday breaks. I also like the regular update I am given on her condition.

Hi, my name is Steph. I am the Registered Manager at Craven Nursing Home.
I have worked here for over 20 years, starting as a Care Assistant in 2002. I have been a Registered General Nurse for over 15 years. I was Clinical Lead on nights for a year before being promoted to Deputy Manager in January 2020, and subsequently Home Manager in June 2023.
My passion has always been Palliative/End of Life Care, being able to deliver Person-Centred Care, in a respectful and dignified way to our residents and giving support to our relatives.
I enjoy delivering the very best care to our residents with kindness, dignity, and compassion. We have very experienced and caring members of staff at Craven, and I am proud to be part of this fantastic team!
