Crystal Court is a modern purpose-built Care Home located in the pretty village of Pannal immediately south from the spa town of Harrogate and easily accessible from the A61.

Each of the 68 ensuite single bedrooms is furnished to the highest standard, offering residents the chance to enjoy pure comfort and tranquillity.

At Crystal Court providing independence and choice is very important and residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their belongings to help them feel at home and as comfortable as possible.

All residents are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. The person-centred care enables residents to keep on doing the things they’ve always loved.

The facilities at Crystal Court allow residents to enjoy everyday routines that promote independence, from utilising the beauty salon, enjoying the gardens or simply catching up with friends in the peaceful lounges at Crystal Court.

The home has a busy activities timetable. The activities are built around mental stimulation, boosting mobility and social engagement. They include arts and crafts sessions, gardening, exercise classes, cinema nights, quizzes, musical performances, and pamper sessions.

The in-house chefs offer menus with a whole range of food options made from fresh, seasonal produce, which include traditional classic meals and interesting international cuisine.

The staff at Crystal Court are amazing, they do their job professionally as one team. They are all very kind, helpful and dedicated. There are regular activities organised to keep the residents in the festive mood. I can say the service provided by the carer and the management is a 5-star service and
I would definitely recommend this place to a member of my family or a friend. Well done Crystal Court and keep up the hard work.

I settled at Crystal Court in 2017, moving up to Home Deputy in 2021, during which period I achieved my NVQ Level 5 (distinction) in healthcare leadership and management.


I am honoured and excited to be the Home Manager at Crystal Court, and I aim to ensure that the core values we hold dear are upheld and built upon.
