My dad is looked after extremely well. He loves his food and praises his meals when myself, sister and my brother chat to him on video calls. When we come to see him, we take him down to the seafront pushing him in his wheelchair. The staff are so kind and nice to my dad. I feel he is very fortunate
to be here. My finishing words are a very run establishment and very nice staff and well managed.

Pleased to see an improvement in her. There have been a few minor problems, but the staff have always reacted in a positive manner, and they all are very professional and caring. She appears to be happy and content, which is a sign she is being well looked after.

I have found it reassuring, observing the caring attitude of the staff when visiting my husband, who also has nothing but praise for them. They always make me feel welcome and willing to answer questions both face to face or on the phone. Especially when my husband was not himself and was being very

Amazing, excellent care facility. All staff are compassionate, caring, warm and welcoming. Mum is really happy and content, and I have peace of mind and confidence in the knowledge my mum is looked after by "the best". Cannot speak highly enough. My Grandfather was transferred to St Cecilia's for respite after being discharged from hospital. I could not be happier with the care and service he and ourselves as a worried family have received. He personally praised the staff, stating that he couldn't have to go through the recovery without his
dedicated carer and even complimented the food. The support for the family was second to none and they have helped with putting in place the next stages and communicating with relevant third parties to help the process move along smoothly. They clearly respect and support those in their care and it was a relief to know this whilst he was unable to return to his home.

My father was taken in under the fast track system for end of life care. He was with Saint Cecilia's for almost two weeks during which time the care and kindness that both he and his family received was outstanding.
All staff were compassionate, professional and made my dad's last few days and hours
the best they could be for him and us.
He smiled at the staff whenever he could so we know he felt comfortable and trusted them as we did.

Saint Cecilia's Nursing Home provided a caring and kind service for our mother in the last few months of her life. Some staff, in particular, went way beyond the call of duty to see to her wishes and to explain things to us. The food was well prepared and tasty to different appetites. The management
team were very good at communicating. The staff worked hard to make a pleasant atmosphere for all.

My father stayed at Saint Cecilia's Nursing Home for one month's respite care. My sister and I visited him at different times almost every day during this period.
Every single time we stepped into the home we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.
The staff could not have shown any more kindness
or patience towards both ourselves and our father.
