In the first month of our Mam residing in Craigielea she is thriving, her physical and mental health needs are being met in ways which are above and beyond our expectations. Mam is happy and interacting with both other residents and staff. We, as a family, have been very concerned about our mother and
in just one month we are finally able to visit our mother and chat to her without worrying. Thank you everyone. PS. I love her room.

The staff at this care home are lovely, not only with my husband's needs but supportive to me and my family in a stressing and emotional time excepting the fact he required this nursing care for his condition.


Their job at times is not easy but they are efficient, professional and most importantly

caring.


It is also nice to see residents sitting in the garden grounds enjoying the fresh air in lovely surroundings.

I am very pleased with the level of care given to my mother (90 years old, suffering from dementia and various physical problems). Staff are friendly and good-humoured but also very much 'on the job' eg. the building and grounds are clean and tidy, food and drinks are well prepared and clients/residents
are well looked after re. personal hygiene etc. Also - activities are made available to residents. All together - no complaints at all.
PS. I worked in the NHS 'til I retired recently, therefore, I know about 'good care'.

Clean, friendly place, residents are treated well. My father was here and now mam. Staff are excellent, feels like a second home when I'm here visiting mam. Would recommend this place.

The experience of late since new manager arrived is first class. Big improvement in staff morale and also in attitude. Home is also nice and clean, a big improvement. I am a registered mental health nurse and have been since 2015, I have worked both in NHS and adult social care since qualifying. I have been at Craigielea since 2019, starting as a nurse, and then promoted to deputy manager. In December 2023 I was promoted to Home Manager.
