Dad settled in very well and is well looked after by the staff. If the family has any issues or worries about anything, we discuss any concerns with the manager and are always happy with the outcome. The manager is very approachable and understanding.

She has settled in great.

Staff friendly (very). Looked after the residents excellently. Welcomed me when I visited. Did everything possible to make the resident's life better. Can't fault them.

Caregivers and managers are fantastic. Always there to help. Nothing is a problem. Fantastic activities. Lovely homemade food, absolutely no complaints from Dad loving it. We, as a family, have always felt Dad was safe and well looked after.

It is nice, and all the staff are lovely.

Since my mam came to St Marks in October, there has been more care than we hope for. It's like she has been here forever. It was very hard having to put Mam into care but found out it has been the best we have done for her. The care, love and loyalty shown by all the staff are second to none. This has helped her settle in so well. Thanks for all that you do.

I went for a chat with the manager about my mum's care, and it was dealt with asap. My mum got moved, and after three days, I've seen a change in my mum. She is much happier, and the carers have looked after Mum greatly. I am so happy, and Mum is happy thanks to the manager.

I am very happy, and the staff are really wonderful; they are always there when you need help, and I really love my food.

I enjoyed my time here.

My dad was extremely happy, relaxed and content during his stay at St Marks Court. Dignity and respect always. Nurses and all staff - excellent care. Caring, thoughtful and engaged well with my dad and my dad's family. Thank you for your care and help at a difficult time.

Visited today after a very anxious week since moving my aunt into St Marks, and I feel 100-times better seeing how lovely the staff are with the residents and how settled my auntie is compared to last week! Thank you so much. I think the whole family will sleep a lot better now knowing he is safe and cared for.

St Marks is a warm and friendly care home. The staff are all helpful and dedicated to my aunt and her family. My aunt has settled in really well and now sees St Marks as her home.

I'm happy that my nanna is happy, and the staff are very helpful. My nanna enjoys the company of the other residents and likes to enjoy the activities.

All rooms ensuite and are very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble Residents are encouraged to participate in activities when possible.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the care package at St Marks. I marked security down because my wife wedding and engagement ring have gone missing. The one to one team who organise visiting, could not be praised enough for their help and kindness.

This is a pleasant care home to live in. The staff do all they can to help you, especially if you have anything that is bothering you. I have been here for six years, and I am still happy being here.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful, caring and professional. Residents dignity and understanding. My mam says the staff are all lovely and the food is beautiful. She is now making friends and going into the lounge.

The carer is so lovely with her treats her like her own mam. Because of Covid-19 they pass on loving messages. The manager is lovely all staff are kind I would give 10 out of 10

My father received excellent care during the final stages of his life. He was treated with compassion and dignity by a wonderful team of staff. They also cared for us, the family, too.
