Couldn't wish for a better care home for mum. Every one of the staff is so caring, nothing is any trouble for the staff to help everyone. Allan Court is so homely, home from home. They deserve to be No. 1 in England for their care.

Me and my dad had to go into Allan Court for two months as our house had to have a makeover and the care we had was outstanding. The staff were the best we have had in a long time. Thank you Allan Court and Dad says the food was perfect.

My mother arrived at Allan Court 5 weeks ago and I can't fault the care she is receiving. Every visit is so welcoming from the staff, checks all performed at the door, LFT, etc. Always offered a drink on arrival. I feel like my mother's getting the best care here which eases my worries.

I would highly recommend Allan Court care home. The home is always clean, bright, and well looked after. The staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been friendly, caring, and professional. They are always available to discuss any worry etc and have been amazing from the day my mother was
transferred here. My mother moved here from hospital and although she was confused at first, the care and attention from staff helped her settle much easier than we feared. She describes it like being in a hotel, with lovely food, and says she's always cared for. She is very happily settled in Allan Court.

I have had constant contact with the staff on a weekly basis since my aunt became a resident in 2020. All questions were answered thoroughly. I have no concerns about my aunt. With fully professional staff that make the care home more of a holiday camp for my aunt. She has completely settled in with
no upsets whatsoever. If a premium lager made care homes, this would be the best care home in the world. Very happy with everything.

My dad is well looked after, clean and happy. The first time I entered Allan Court I was immediately impressed and just knew this was the right place for my precious dad. Mum has been in Allan Court over 3 years now and after the initial settling in period is happier than she has been for a long time. Our latest visit was under Covid restrictions and we felt that safety of the residents was of prime importance. The management and staff treat her with dignity and sympathy
and she is one of their 'family'. The decor is always being updated, entertainment is good, food always looks delicious, staff are brilliant and very caring.

My mam went to live at Allan Court care home in March 2016; she was very happy there, very friendly, supportive management and staff. This care home is very clean. There is a wide range of food and drinks. Excellent for activities, always lots of residents to do. My brother has now gone to stay at Allan
Court. It's so reassuring knowing your relatives are supported and well looked after. No one wants to put their loved ones in a care home. This home is amazing. All the staff are like your extended family. I can't thank the staff enough for all their amazing care and support over the years with my mam and brother. Dedicated staff, massive applause to them all.

My nephew was a resident at Allan Court from Feb 2019 until his death in May 2020. I cannot fault the care, love and devotion of all the staff at Allan Court shown not just to my nephew but to all the residents and also family members this care home is the best I have ever known. I have family that

My mother was admitted and treated her in an emergency situation. The service provided was excellent, staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. My mother said food and kindness were excellent. I would highly recommend this home.

My friend was very worried about entering a care setting but once here she settled very quickly with peace of mind knowing there was someone here all the time. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. My friend certainly had her favourites. At times she enjoyed the company in the lounge area
and other times the solitude of her room. Allan court is decorated with comfortable surroundings. The food was good and appetising with alternatives available. My friend came to love her stay. Thank you for everything.

I started my care journey 23 years ago, as a 17-year-old carer here in Allan Court!!!
I have attended University and have degrees in Health and Social Care and in Healthcare Practice.
I have many years of care home experience, along with working in hospital and GP settings and working across the country in forensic roles.
I have worked hard to get to where I am today. I am very passionate about what I do, and I strive to achieve the best.
I am very proud to say I am now the home manager of Allan Court. I now feel like I am back to where I belong.
