My dad has recently passed away and we are greatly impressed at the standard of care he received. He was really loved by the staff who attended to his every need. Nothing was too much trouble. At the end of their shift, they all came to say their goodbyes and were very upset that they wouldn't see him again.

The standard of care, help and love he received was second to none. Would definitely recommend this home.

My experience at Allan Court care home has been outstanding. With caring staff who listen to any problems, you may be having.

The standards of the care home are clean and maintained every day. The food is at a high standard. All in one, my health and safety has been looked after at a very high standard. (Top marks all around).

Care staff are attentive and try very hard to make residents feel that they are valued and are able to keep as much of their independence as possible whilst keeping them safe.
Access to visiting residents is very good and staff will readily accommodate meals around visitors, visitors are made to feel welcome and hospitality is always offered.

The range of activities is designed to be inclusive and all residents are encouraged to take part. Possible additional storage could be offered in patients' ensuite facilities for toothpaste etc.

After a lengthy stay in hospital, we chose Allan Court for our lovely, but very poorly Dad.
From the very first telephone enquiry until his sad passing this week, his care has been second to none.
The friendliness, professionalism and compassion of the staff were a great comfort to our family when we could not be there with him.
In his final days, the family were treated with kindness and understanding by the whole staff team.

Sincere thanks from us all.

I am very relaxed due to the service my mother is getting from Allan Court. The care staff watch over my mother due to her illness. She likes the staff and management as they make a fuss of her. All the staff love my mother - she is getting treated very well.

Very nice care home environment and friendly staff. Every time I visit I get welcomed by all staff and made to feel welcome. Staff are always happy to help and answer questions/queries that I have. Meals are very nice as being offered and accepted on a number of occasions.

My aunt recently spent a short time at Allan Court Care Home between a hospital stay and a permanent care home, to which she was impressed by the excellent level of care provided for the residents. The carers and the managers could not have been kinder, friendlier or more attentive.

Within a few days my aunt seemed quite at home. The staff are a happy team, totally committed to the care and wellbeing of the residents. The home itself is spotlessly clean and fresh. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home to others.

Hi!

I started working at Allan Court in 2018 as an Activity Co-Ordinator, where I gained a lot of confidence and experience working closely with our residents and staff team. This encouraged me to progress in my career at Allan Court. My role as home administrator involves supporting the management team with robust recruitment and ensuring invoicing is accurate.

I provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of Allan Court by acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and families. I also offer substantial support to administrators in the Northeast.

I love working as part of the Bondcare group, which has been very supportive during my career progression.
