After a lengthy stay in hospital, we chose Allan Court for our lovely, but very poorly Dad.
From the very first telephone enquiry until his sad passing this week, his care has been second to none.
The friendliness, professionalism and compassion of the staff were a great comfort to our family when
we could not be there with him.
In his final days, the family were treated with kindness and understanding by the whole staff team.
Sincere thanks from us all.

I am very relaxed due to the service my mother is getting from Allan Court. The care staff watch over my mother due to her illness. She likes the staff and management as they make a fuss of her. All the staff love my mother - she is getting treated very well.

Very nice care home environment and friendly staff. Every time I visit I get welcomed by all staff and made to feel welcome. Staff are always happy to help and answer questions/queries that I have. Meals are very nice as being offered and accepted on a number of occasions.

My aunt recently spent a short time at Allan Court Care Home between a hospital stay and a permanent care home, to which she was impressed by the excellent level of care provided for the residents. The carers and the managers could not have been kinder, friendlier or more attentive.
Within a few days
my aunt seemed quite at home. The staff are a happy team, totally committed to the care and wellbeing of the residents. The home itself is spotlessly clean and fresh. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home to others.

I started my care journey 23 years ago, as a 17-year-old carer here in Allan Court!!!
I have attended University and have degrees in Health and Social Care and in Healthcare Practice.
I have many years of care home experience, along with working in hospital and GP settings and working across the country in forensic roles.
I have worked hard to get to where I am today. I am very passionate about what I do, and I strive to achieve the best.
I am very proud to say I am now the home manager of Allan Court. I now feel like I am back to where I belong.
