Dad stayed at Croft Dene for four weeks following hip surgery, and with the support of all the staff he settled in wonderfully. The home is well managed, and every member of the team is friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Staff consistently go above and beyond, always willing to listen to any concerns and were unfailingly kind and welcoming each time we visited. A big thank you to everyone at Croft Dene.

I find the staff at Croft Dene care home very caring & kind towards my mum, there are plenty of activities but not much for my mum to do who is registered blind. I think all the bedrooms especially the en-suites could do with an upgrade, and the walls could do with a bit of paint. There is never enough staff they always seem to be short staffed and have to rely on agency who are not as good as the regular staff but overall I'm happy with the way my mum is being looked after.

My Sister moved to Croftdene from hospital in June as was unable to return to her home. Everything about the Care Home is exceptional. She has settled in great due to the staff. Everytime I go to visit I am impressed by the way the home is ran. All staff are friendly and keep me informed about what she has been doing and I feel confident when I leave knowing she is happy, content and well cared for. Meals are outstanding. If I ever need to go in Care myself I would hope I could go to Croftdene.

My sister moved into Croft Dene after suffering an accident at her previous accommodation, resulting in her needing more 'one to one' care. The care is definitely far superior, and she seems to be progressing very well in all matters.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, your kind words mean a great deal to our team.
Croft Dene provide good all round care for my mam. The staff are kind and helpful.

The staff are very helpful and caring.

Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased to hear that your brother is receiving the care he deserves at Croft Dene. It's wonderful to know that our team is supporting you with regular communication, even from afar. Your feedback means a lot to us!
This care home is exceptional in giving the care for my mother in law. She is well looked after and the team is friendly and helpful from the manager, the deputy manager and all. The place in general is always clean and of high standard. My husband and I are very happy with the service that they provide to my mother in law.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're thrilled to hear that your mother-in-law is receiving the care she deserves at Croft Dene. Thank you for the trust you've placed in us!
Every member of staff and management are so kind and carrying always their and very helpful with any enquiries we have. If there is anything my father wants or needs, they will not hesitate to resolve it very quickly and it's no bother to them. The respect they show residents and families is second to none. My dad has complex needs. When he's not well, usually ending up in hospital on occasions not breathing, but made it back to us, the staff sat with him nearly 2 hours waiting for an ambulance, trying to keep him awake. They were so good when he's unwell, they check him all the time. All staff check on him even if they're just passing. There is lots going on in the home, activities, bingo, flower arranging to name just a couple. They're encouraged to join in but if they don't want to that's not a problem. I wouldn't hesitate but to recommend Croft Dene, they're the best. One big happy family, love it. My dad is so so happy at Croft Dene but had to fight social services to let him stay.
Thank you for your kind words. We're so glad to hear that your dad is happy at Croft Dene and that you appreciate the care and support he receives. Our team truly values each resident, and it's wonderful to know you feel that. Thank you for recommending us!
