Mam has been in since the fifth of December. Very happy with the care she has recieved. Staff very helpful and keep us up to date with any issues/problems with Mam.

My mother received excellent and personal care at Chichester Court Care Home. The staff have developed a relationship with her and she is always treated with dignity and respect. They are also understanding and helpful whenever we visit as we don't live locally. There are a wide range of activities
available for residents, my mother is particularly fond of animal visits. A good system of video calls was put in place during the pandemic, showing how management is able to adapt to circumstances. My mother was kept safe during that time.

My dad is well looked after by competent and friendly staff. His room is clean with a comfortable bed, television and comfortable chair. Nursing staff frequently look in and say hello; food is good and snacks and drinks are provided; my dad is kept cleanly dressed too.

My mother, aged 84, was admitted to Chichester Court Care Home on 8th June 2022. It was initially for two weeks respite. It became clear that it was going to be permanent. Her health deteriorated very quickly and she sadly passed away on 11th September. The care home - Chichester Court was amazing.
The nurses and care workers really looked after Mam, two members of staff were there when she passed. Lovely home and very kind staff, much appreciated.

At first, I was unsure about my wife in a nursing home but I can see my wife has settled well. The staff understand my wife's needs and deal with them in a professional manner. Management always take time to listen to any issues I may have concerning my wife. I also get regular phone calls keeping up
to date with what's happening with my wife.
This gives me peace of mind.

My mother has been a resident for just over a month. We have been very pleased to see the high level of care she has received and this is reflected by her mood and appearance. All staff have been helpful and none have ever looked harassed! It is always hard for someone to leave a home where they have
lived most of their life but I can see my mother is enjoying being looked after and not having to worry.

My father came into Chichester Court Care Home back in October 2021, he initially went in as respite care but due to complications in his mental health he’s been admitted by us full-time. The staff fully understand his needs and are so patient with him when he has an episode, the team on a whole are
so caring and understanding with him, they do their best to keep him happy, he gets on with all the staff even on a bad day. The residents mostly seem good, talk and make him feel at home if they can. We chose Chichester Court due to the fact it is both EMI residential and EMI nursing as it would be ideal for my father if he should need nursing care as it means he doesn’t have to be moved which would only add more disruption to his needs. The staff can’t do enough for us, always around to answer any questions and concerns we have.
Overall it’s a good place for my father and his needs and that’s the main thing for us.
Only issue is decor but they’re in the middle of decorating the rooms at the moment.

My dad has been part of the Chichester Court Care Home family now for sixteen months. I say family as that's the sense I feel when I visit my dad. We have been made to feel so welcome at every visit by the manager and her amazing staff. Thank you all. It's been quite a stressful year and it was so difficult
when Dad had to go into care but I feel a sense of relief that he is in the best of hands. He is always smartly dressed, clean-shaven and his hair is always neat. My dad has always taken pride in his appearance so it's lovely to see my lovely dad looking as smart and handsome as ever. So thank you again to the manager and your amazing staff who work tirelessly to look after our loved ones. You're all amazing.

Although Mum was at Chichester Court Care Home for a short time, she was made to feel safe, comfortable and at home. The management, nurses, carers, staff (and handyman) could not have been more helpful and supportive to Mum, myself and family in Mum's last few weeks. I can't thank them enough.

Rooms in need of redecorating soon. The staff are all very helpful and caring. My father has no complaints with the meals provided and has gained a little weight since arriving at Chichester Court which is good news. Although we do not want to see our father in care but have no choice due to his needs,
Chichester Court is certainly looking after him adequately.

My dad was moved into Chichester Court Care Home four weeks ago. Although I was very hesitant at first, Dad seems to have settled in well.
My only criticism would be that residents are dressed in other residents' clothes which is unsettling and undignified. I have gone through Dad's clothes and put
his room number in. Other than that everything seems to be going ok.

My father has been at Chichester Court Care Home for over five years now and has been very well looked after and cared for - the staff love him and have a close relationship with him which has been much appreciated by all of our family. This has been an absolutely dreadful year due to Covid-19 but we
have been kept well informed about my father, and my mother has been able to visit when permitted to do so. The staff have been extremely kind and helpful to my mother as well which has helped her tremendously. Everyone has had to abide by the strict rules and regulations set in place but it is a small price to pay in order to be able to see my father in person once again. I have to say that it is not only the carers and the nursing staff who are so very kind and loving but the staff behind the scenes in the office and administration are superb. I have had to contact them more regularly than normal during Covid and their help, kindness and communication has been amazing.

Staff go out of their way to help. Care reviews take place every month. There is a doctor visit every week that deals with issues that arise and there is always an RMN on each shift. The only thing lacking us there is no activities coordinator so activities are non-existent at the moment. They have
dealt well with COVID.
