The staff are very friendly, approachable, and patient, I am very happy with their efforts. He has settled in well and is happy, and seems fond of the staff. Not distressed in any way.

My mother-in-law moved here during lockdown. Due to the present situation, we have only managed to see her through the window, which was last year. As I have not been inside the building I'm unable to comment on the quality of care etc. But I'm writing this review to say the photos on social media are
amazing, everyone looks so happy and enjoying all of the activities. I imagine you have an activity coordinator. Well done to them and all the staff for brightening up everyone's day. Look forward to meeting all the staff when the lockdown ends.

What the amazing staff have achieved with our father is amazing. He has advanced dementia however his quality of life living a Elizabeth Fleming is more than outstanding. The dedicated caring staff goes over and above to ensure every resident is loved and cared for. They are always clean, smart and

I cannot praise this care home and all of the team enough. Through this lockdown they have kept my dad safe and well, they’ve entertained the residents and video called us with our family members.
They keep us informed with every step of our dad's care and are all amazing, they all deserve a medal
for their care, compassion, affection, attention and of course their amazing singing skills!
Putting family members into a care home is a heart-wrenching time, I’d highly recommend this care facility - never had a worry about my dad's care from day one. Thank you to you all.

Probably the best decision I made for my mother, Elizabeth Fleming home is exactly that, "a home". The staff are great in all aspects of care for my mother, and you can also guarantee a laugh. My mother has been a resident since 1st November 2017. She needs 24x7 nursing care. All the staff at Elizabeth Fleming Care Home go above and beyond what I expected in caring for my mother. They're all professional, friendly and fun. Since the COVID-19 lockdown they've provided live entertainment and
we've had regular video calls. This continues to keep my mother's spirits high and helps us visit her virtually.
All the staff need an award, plus a healthy pay increase.

All staff at Elizabeth Fleming have gone above and beyond during the pandemic to keep our loved ones safe. They have shown huge consideration and compassion to the families who have been unable to visit residents by arranging video calls and regular updates. Events they have arranged for residents have
also been shared on a chat group set up for friends and families which has been very successful.
My dad has Alzheimer's and the understanding of dad's needs and care provided has been of great comfort. Dad is Hetton born and bred and to have some of his caregivers living in the same area has given a shared local knowledge, allowing dad to reminisce about the area and the past, generating conversations dad can enjoy and contribute to.
Couldn't ask for more.

I would be extremely likely to recommend Elizabeth Fleming Care Home, as I have found all aspects of the care provided to my dad of an excellent standard. The staff are very friendly, caring, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accessible, when visiting, and are willing to answer any questions or queries
which may arise from time to time. The staff also care very much for the residents' wellbeing, which I know from personal experience, and they will go the extra mile to ensure that the residents are as comfortable and contented, as possible, whether they are sitting down or lying in bed.
The home itself is very clean and tidy, as is my dad's room, where clothes are always neatly folded away in drawers or hung up in the wardrobes.
The personal hygiene of my dad is always well looked after by the staff as well, and I always feel that the sense of dignity to the residents is given the utmost importance.

This care home is fantastic. My father has been in here for over a year now and the staff at the home are all amazing they go above and beyond to keep the residents happy and safe and cared for. During these worrying times, they have been absolute heroes and made every step possible to ensure the safety
of the residents and keep the spirits of us all up. The home is clean rooms are nice and kept tidy. I thank my lucky stars that my Dad has found somewhere where he feels settled cared for and loved. They have also given us as a family support which is much needed at this time. I thank them all.

I’m eternally grateful that I chose Elizabeth Fleming for my husband’s care. Since he moved there over a year ago I have felt as if I’m part of an extended family. Even more so now in these very difficult times. Since COVID-19 happened they took the right decision to keep the residents safe and well.
Myself and our family have been included in regular messages and video calls ever since. I feel as if they’ve gone above and beyond to keep morale up. They’re all angels every one of them.

Over 3 years ago I was lucky enough to find a place here for Mam who suffers from Alzheimer's. Mam can sometimes be challenging but the staff are so professional, so caring, so compassionate. They are what makes Elizabeth Fleming so special. The rooms are small but comfortable and can be personalised.
The food is tasty and plentiful. The staff do their best to keep the residents entertained and they are forever cheerful and ready to have a friendly chat. They understand Mam's moods and accommodate them. She is content and that's all you want after all?
Staff also look after Dad who visits frequently (pre-COVID). And will contact me if they have any concerns about his welfare.
I have no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth Fleming. Its Mam's home now and the staff have become our extended family.

I couldn't ask for a care home to take better care of my mam. This place is second to none. Gives peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after. Really good communication with staff to family. So pleased we found this lovely home.

My brother and I were immediately struck by the overall atmosphere of friendliness and care given by the staff here. We consider ourselves very lucky that we were able to get mother admitted here.
Our visits always leave us feeling extremely relieved that mam is being well looked after.
