The management and staff have made her extremely welcome and generally, nothing is a problem. My wife has never smiled and laughed as much since her welcome on 22/2/2018 to Elizabeth Fleming Care Home. All is well and very much appreciated.

My mum has been a resident at Elizabeth Fleming since 2012. It is a small care home with a very friendly and homely feel. I have always found every member of staff to be very welcoming and helpful and I very much appreciate the personal attention and warmth that they give her. The home is always tidy and cleaned daily. The meals are excellent, providing a very good variety of home cooked meals with vegetarian options, which are served throughout the day. The nursing staff are friendly, approachable and extremely professional. My mum has always been treated with kindness and dignity for which she deserves.
It is a lovely small care home and I would highly recommend it.

After careful consideration, we moved my Grandma from another residential home to Elizabeth Fleming and it was the best decision we ever made. The care she received was exceptional. The staff actually cared about her as an individual and met her every need if not more. Not only did they look after her, they also supported the family as well. One thing that sticks in my mind was that my Grandma loved to dance and the male carer used to dance the corridors with her. Her eyes lit up and for a short time, my Grandma was her old self again. Another time, I walked into her room and she was upset and one of the lady carers was crouched down stroking her face and holding her hand. There was genuine affection there. I cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness or facilities here and would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth Fleming to anyone looking for a home and not just a place of care.

In addition, Elizabeth Fleming staff are wonderful with residents' families. They are kind and friendly to me and I rate them very highly.
The culture is such that everyone - management, nurses, carers and all support staff have the same approach.
