Falstone Court Care Home

I would like to thank everyone who supported me throughout the happy times and the very sad passing of my mum. Mum being in Falstone Court enabled me to visit and build memories, knowing that when I left, she was safe and treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.

The family's experience from a manager coming to mums home to meet her till her passing on April 15th 2026, was outstanding. Mum's mental health had deteriorated at home, and within a few weeks, she was herself again; she had friends, activities, responsibilities, and independence with such overwhelming support. We as a family could not ask for any more. It was her family home from home.

Our experience of Falstone Court is 100% amazing. The care the staff gives to all the residents are fantastic. The home itself is outstanding, and I would recommend it to any family considering putting their loved ones in care.

Our friend, who was struggling to take care of herself, reluctantly became a resident here. She has been here over a year, and we can see how well she is doing both physically and mentally. She is happy and well taken care of. It is always a pleasure to visit her. The home is always clean and smells lovely. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

I would highly recommend Falstone Court, we could not have picked a better place to care for our Mam. The staff are a fabulous team who truly understand the residents and their families needs. We were included in every aspect of Mams care during her 4 year stay. She was always well dressed and encouraged to participate in activities. It's a lovely happy environment and staff always go the extra mile to make sure your loved one is well looked after

Mam was a resident at Falstone Court from December 2023 to January 2025. During her stay I can only say everyone at the home treated her and her family with upmost care and respect and quite often went above and beyond expectations to make mam as comfortable and the family as welcome as they possibly could. We are eternally grateful to them all and would highly recommend the home to anyone looking for a caring environment for their loved one. Big thanks to everyone at Fastone Court.

Absolutely over the moon with the staff, the care and everything overall.

My sister has been resident for nearly two years and she is very content here. Her care is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are extremely caring.

All the staff have been absolutely amazing with my dad he is so happy there. He loves a good chat and a good laugh with the carers and managers he has such a great relationship with them all. It's so lovely to see him so happy there as they really understand his needs and care and are all brilliant with him. They have entertainment and exercise they're always doing different activities and games, keeping them entertained. I couldn't ask for a more caring home for my dad. They definitely get my 5 stars.

Dads been a resident of Falstone Court for 4 months. During that time I have seen how hard the staff work to make him feel comfortable and safe in spite of unpredictable states of anxiety, depression, frustration, anger from Alzheimer's. They have taken him under their wing to be part of their family now, and try to bring the best out of him with kindness, patience, good humour and by appealing to the interests once firmly a part of his life. Falstone is clean, homely, well maintained, with space for garden projects, and enclosed courtyard. It's next to the beach and we can give Dad some air when we can. Food fresh and delicious. Activities from a famous impersonators, dominoes and poetry sessions, to helping with the dusting and admin. It's a horrible, tough journey but the staff do an incredible job and are sensitive and kind when we as relatives have our difficult times. We're so glad dad is here and to have this opportunity to thank the special people at Falstone caring for him.

My mam is well settled in Falstone Court. She is very happy and enjoys the company. There are lots of activities to take part in which are always very varied and themed around special events. The staff are very caring and my mam is always clean and smart which is very important to her. The staff are always supportive of relatives as well.

Falstone Court have made a very difficult time so much easier to accept. The staff are amazing with their care as I know there have been many difficult times. The situation of Falstone Court is fantastic, right on the coast. So very thankful we made the decision to choose Falstone Court and would recommend them in a heart beat. They are all angels.

The staff are very capable and are able to come up with solutions to various situations in a professional and timely way. Activities are various and planned in such a way as to include the likes and dislikes etc of each resident so they are able to have a choice that is enjoyable for the individual.

Mam is 95 years old and has lived here for a whole year. She has dementia and sometimes presents challenging behaviour. She is thriving due to the outstanding care she has received. The staff are dedicated, sensitive and caring. The home is spotless and the food is excellent. The many social activities are exceptional. Visits from Elvis are a bonus!

Before my mam came into Falstone Court my exceptions were not high due to other homes. After my mam came here I could not recommend Falstone Court any higher. The staff and facilities are second to none. The care my mam received and the welcome all the family received here is great. If I or any member of my family were ever in this position I would only want to come here as I know they would receive the care and support they deserve.

I find that the staff at Falstone Court to be very empathetic towards my relative and other service users. Very caring and friendly. There is a family atmosphere without pushing boundaries. Very clean but not in a sterile way. Homely comforts and always a warm welcome when visiting. Day to day activities of daily living can be seen to be promoted. General activities with coordinator and staff have increased my relatives range of mobility and co-ordination. There is respect of residents choices which is very good. Planned activities and entertainment is always well supported by family and friends.

I am happy with the care my cousin is receiving. One of the most important things is that the home is clean and tidy in all areas. I am very happy with activities in the home.

All of the staff have been nothing but caring and friendly and welcoming when my young children and I have visited. They have looked after my nan with nothing but great care and she has been happy and settled there!
