Assisted by suggestions from the residents, the home’s wellbeing coordinators organise a varied year-round programme of things to do.

I have always found the staff, from management down, to be helpful, caring and make the residents' families feel likes it's home from home.


Their dedication and care towards the residents is second to none.


I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a home for three loved ones.

While my husband was in Falstone Court to the day he passed, it was simply peace of mind, knowing the care he received.
From management to staff were very caring, nothing was a problem. They kept in touch even when I couldn't go.
My husband needed twenty-four-hour care and it was done with dignity.
The staff were very happy and homely. They are very hard working, with a smile.

All staff in Falstone Court are very caring and loving to all residents, all the family know she gets well looked after and know we can rest in our beds at night. Staff and activities are great. I would recommend anyone who has a mother or father to get cared for by Falstone Court.

My dad has been in this home for approximately 6 months and I have to admit the care he receives is fantastic.
We are currently at the home where they are holding a tropical beach party where the residents are having a great time dancing and singing. It helps to forget the reality of dementia when
you see happy people and all the staff dancing with them.
The staff are absolutely fantastic they treat the residents and their family as they call them with affection and respect.

My dad spent the last 5 months of his life here, only wish we have is when dad needed 24-hour care 3 yrs ago, he came here first. The last 5 mths he was like our dad and was so happy here until he sadly passed away. We as a family have nothing but praise for the carers, nursing staff and management

The staff were first rate and the quality of care received by my step - father was exemplary. He was much better looked after than when in hospital. We could not fault the nursing home for the care, dignity and respect given to my step - father, nor the kindness shown to us whilst visiting him during

The care my dad has been shown from day one, has been excellent. The rooms and food are of a very good standard all his dietary needs are well catered for. He is in very good health at present, considering. Staff at the home are always welcoming to relatives and show excellent care and attention to
each resident individually and in groups. I could not ask for better.

My mother arrived here after a traumatic period of a stroke followed by a broken hip due to a fall. I feel that my mam is being well looked after and has settled in very well. Her needs are being met to a very good standard.

My father was admitted to Falstone Court for Continual Health Care with a registered mental nurse due to Altzheimers disease. 3 years later and there is no registered mental nurse, but 1 registered general nurse for 41 residents and 1 senior care worker (nursing assistant). The carers are friendly,
helpful, courteous to the residents and their family. Good cuisine but no activity co-ordinator. I have been waiting for a while.

We have listened to your concerns and we can reassure you that a Registered Mental Nurse or a General Nurse with relevant Mental Health experience is on duty 24 hours per day. The home manager is also a Registered Mental Health Nurse. We have also recently appointed an activities coordinator who is now in post and making a significant improvement to the social activities.
