We understand that there has been a high turnover with management, however, we now have a manager in place that we are expecting to be with us long term. Having always been a champion of health and social care, Adam’s career in the care sector began in 2014 when he started working as a Care Assistant. In 2022, his journey with Wellburn Care Homes began when he joined Glenholme House as a Team Leader. Over the course of his time at Glenholme House, Adam flourished and was promoted to Deputy Manager in early 2023. In April 2025, Adam was promoted to Home Manager of St George’s. Under Adam’s direction, St George’s has continued to thrive, and prides itself on offering first-class, person-led care in a comfortable and luxurious setting.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Lead Adult Care Worker.
Currently working towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
Lauren’s journey with Wellburn began in October 2017 as Team Leader. After taking a well-deserved maternity leave in 2019, Lauren returned and was promoted to Deputy Manager in November 2023.
