The staff are very welcoming and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Mam has settled in so quickly. Its clean, bright and has a lovely feel about it. Would highly recommend.

I visit my close friend every few days and the care she receives is exceptional on every visit the home is clean and tidy. All the residents look happy and well cared for. Can't praise the staff enough.

I have found all the staff very friendly and go out of the way to help mam the rooms are always clean and tidy we can confidently leave mam knowing she is well looked after and safe.

I strongly advise against sending any family member to this care home. My mother was a resident for just over 14 months, and throughout her time there, the quality of care was consistently poor. The hygiene standards were unacceptable; her room was rarely cleaned, and her medication was not...
Despite raising numerous concerns during her residency, none of these issues were documented or recorded by the staff. Furthermore, my mother was left alone in her room for days at a time, with no meaningful stimulation or engagement. Witnessing her treatment was heart-breaking and undignified. Even the staff expressed their own reservations, indicating they would not entrust their own family members to Needham Court. Please consider this care home carefully before making any decisions.

I can assure you that our infection control is robust and monthly audits of infection control are carried out with in the home. All our senior care assistants are fully trained in medication administration, and we sincerely apologise if you felt that at times your mother’s medication was not supervised at the medicine round. Our wellbeing team that helps to ensure our Residents have access to the activities on offer, even if this is a quiet chat in their room. We would like to reassure you that we take all concerns seriously. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, as a concern of this nature helps us to improve our service. If you wish to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to make an appointment with the Home Manager.

Overall, since my mam came to Needham Court Care Home in August she has had excellent care and support, all carers are great, 2 stand out above all others and go out of their way to offer giggles and laughs along with care and support.
