At Brierton Lodge Care Home, the team provide nursing and nursing dementia care with a focus on personalised and bespoke support. Getting to know residents, personalised care plans are designed to ensure each person's health and wellbeing needs are met each day.

In a carefully designed and homely setting, residents can pursue hobbies and interests in the lovely communal areas, feel at home with comfortable en-suite rooms and relax in the onsite hair salon. From our 1st meeting with the home manager, we were impressed with attitude, cleanliness and general appearance. Having my father-in-law being cared for my opinions have not altered.
I have visited many care home and this care home exceeds any expectations I have had in the past. The staff are so caring
and professional in all aspects of interaction.

I can't thank the staff at this home enough. No words could describe the difference they have made to mine and my husband's life. He had been in a previous home and lost over a stone in 2 weeks, and in a wheelchair but here, they helped him eat again, not only that, his face lights up when the staff
come in. Their dedication is amazing, they are all so lovely to me and all relatives.

I find the home to be excellent for my mam's care. Staff are very good with mam. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. I am happy mam's in a nice home and so are family members.

From the first day until Mam passed away she was very well looked after and treated with respect by all of the staff. I trusted all of the staff and knew Mam was being well taken care of 24/7. Mam was in various care homes before Brierton Lodge, but I feel they provided the best care with dignity. All
of the staff were very friendly and helpful and kept me well informed on any aspect of Mam's care.

My cousin has been in the excellent care of Brierton Nursing Home for five years.
From her first day, she has been given the highest quality nursing care appropriate to her very complex needs.
She is always shown genuine compassion and care in her relationships and above all is treated with dignity
at all times.
There is a positive ethos of calm within the building and all staff work to the highest standards.

My relative has been a resident for about 5 years. During this time I have been very impressed with the care and attention given to the residents. As I visit as least once a week, I have seen just how good the staff are. Residents are treated with dignity and are not treated like children (I have seen
this happen in other care homes).

The care my grandmother has been receiving since she relocated from another care home has been nothing short of exemplary. My mother's care home closed down so she was moved into a home that wasn't suitable for her. She was then moved into Brierton Lodge in December last year after about 6 months in the previous home. Myself and my family are highly satisfied with the care she is now receiving the staff are very caring
and treats my mother with the utmost respect. The food and accommodation are excellent. We are looking forward to the summer so we can take mother into the garden.

Home has lovely, welcoming atmosphere and always smells clean and fresh. Staff always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The menu choice is extensive lots of fresh home cooked food, delicious.

Very nice home staff are extremely welcoming. The facilities are great. Home always smells amazing and clean. My nana was in a different home before and this one is 100 times better. I feel happy with the level of care my nana is receiving overall a lovely friendly place.

Every single person who works in this care home from the cleaners to management go above and beyond the call of duty they are all friendly caring and nothing is too much for them. the home itself is very clean with a warm friendly atmosphere they constantly interact with the resident's and always making
sure they maintain their dignity.

I find Brierton Lodge Care Home to be well run with well-trained staff, the only negative is I believe like most care home they are understaffed, the carers and the nurses work very hard in some trying circumstances, I also believe the carers deserve a lot more money for the work that they do. Overall
I think Brierton Lodge Care Home is the best care home for my mother-in-law.

Brierton Lodge is the best and well run care home for my mother. All the staff, carers and nurses are well trained. hard working and above all caring and supportive of residents and family in what can be very hard and trying circumstances.

Staff helpful and friendly. All equipment supplied to help with my mother's mobility issues (rota stand purchased and new seat cushion for wheelchair) which has helped her recovery. More activities during the day would help too.
