Our experience of this care home has been very good. My husband loves the food and is putting on weight. The attitude of the carers is excellent. They are helpful, caring and friendly.

The carers and staff are very approachable and helpful. The manager is sometimes hard to get in contact with. I am pleased with the level of nursing care but sometimes find the level of cleanliness of the room not good. Stains on the carpet etc.

Bedding needing changing. It would be nice to know how often mams been changed - clothing bathed etc. So I'm not constantly asking staff and sounding like I'm nagging. Perhaps a diary entry - which I log down information for staff - which I could read and see I'm mams room.

Mam has been in the home for 4 weeks and seems to be settling in slowly. Things seem to be okay.

When my husband was brought in as an emergency, we were both welcomed into the home, made sure my husband was comfortable and listened to what had to be done with his medications.
