My sister calls Warrior Park her home, which means she is settled and happy. We feel any problems we have, get listened to and acted upon.

My mother transferred from hospital to the home just over a week ago. She has settled well and looks a little bit more herself. She appears to be well looked after, clean and tidy, eating all her meals and nice and calm in her new environment. Staff have been helpful in helping her to adjust during this difficult time.

My mother has been a resident of Warrior Park for 9 months and is very happy and comfortable there. At first, I was very worried about her going into care and did everything possible to try to avoid it, but it was inevitable. From day one the staff at Warrior Park have been fantastic with her. Always cheery, supportive and respectful, mam's needs are constantly met.

The manager and carers are always available to talk to, relatives are welcome to visit day or night and can even ring to speak with their loved ones, or use skype or email to keep in touch. For the first time in years, I've been able to step back and relax a little. I feel as though I have my life back and I am able to enjoy much more quality time with my mam, rather than constantly worrying about looking after her.

This care home has got it right! The manager and her team are true gems.

Carol service took place but I arrived late. Dad had been singing Silent Night and kids from school sang Silent Night. He enjoyed it and had a cup of tea afterwards.

My great aunt moved to Warrior Park Care Home in 2014 after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's and no longer being able to cope at home despite a care package being put in place. She was under DoLs order and the whole situation was very distressing for us all including my great aunt.

Her care in Warrior Park Care Home has been first class from day one. The staff loved and cared for her and she became part of another family. She was safe and supported. All the staff went out of their way to make sure her needs were catered for. My great aunt died on 28th October 2016 after a very short stay in hospital where she was even visited by the manager and two of her favourite carers. We can never repay the staff for their love, care and support to both my great aunt and us as a family. We knew she was safe and with Alzheimer's it is always a worry. Thank you all.

My sister has been a resident at this home for five weeks now. My sister had spent a lot of time in hospital before coming into this home. She was unable to return to her own home. She is now fully reliable on care and is wheelchair bound. My sister was most distressed and slowly deteriorated before she came to this home. We now see a great improvement in her, she is more settled and her health is improving. The staff are very caring and treat her with dignity. We can visit at any time and are made most welcome. I am so pleased with her progress.

The home has a wonderful calm, friendly and professional atmosphere as soon as you enter. Initially we were concerned that my aunt who had a long stay at hospital would not settle. Within a week it became evident that not only had she settled, but that she was receiving first class treatment in this wonderful establishment. We are so relieved to have found such a fantastic place for her to live.

Standards have vastly improved over the last decade. My mother was admitted in 2007 and gradually it has reached its current level. Carers are attentive and familiar with my mother's needs and her various moods! I find them pleasant always. I think she loves them as family.

We have been very impressed with the staff they are very friendly always cheerful and very caring, not just for residents but also their families. Mum always looked well kept with co-ordinating clothes and hair clean and tidy. The best recommendation came from mum. Would you two mind if I stay here because everyone is lovely. They are always coming in to see if I'm OK. I like it here. That was very comforting for us because she had never wanted to go into a home.
