My mum has received excellent care since moving into Highfield. She has settled really well and has made friends with the staff and residents, we are always made to feel welcome when we visit and find all the staff approachable and helpful.

I couldn't fault Highfield. The staff look after me very well. I only have to mention something and they deal with it. They are there for you all the time. Everything is very clean and I have really enjoyed the food. The best thing is the friendliness of the staff they make everything feel right.
