Our Mum has been in Highfield Care Home for almost a year now. The transition into 24 hour care was challenging for her, however the staff there made this as smooth for her as they possibly could. Each and every member of staff, from the manager through to the staff in the kitchen and everyone in between have gone out of their way to do all that they can for her, and us as a family. We are extremely grateful to everyone for the care and compassion they show our Mum every day and we would never want her to be anywhere else. The peace of mind we have knowing how well cared for that she is has been immeasurable and we cannot thank everyone enough.

Each person who cares for my mother has a compassion and consideration for her needs that make it easy for us as a family to rest knowing she is in a loving and safe place.
