I'm over the moon Mum found this place as she is safe, well looked after and myself and my sister can relax knowing she is there. Nothing is too much of a problem for them.The residents are friendly and all seem happy.

While visiting my friend at lunchtime I found it really lovely. The staff were the best, really helpful, friendly and kept the resident well looked after. Brilliant.

A lovely friendly atmosphere where all of my dad's needs are carried out with the professionalism of good nursing staff, who are very caring and compassionate and often go above and beyond their duty's to help the comfort and care of the residents. The managers are very friendly and approachable and always open to any suggestions. All in all, both my dad and myself are very happy with the care he receives at the Highfield.

I had cared for my father at home for several years and reluctantly agreed that he needed full-time care at the age of 99 years; he could no longer walk, was almost blind and had trouble feeding himself. The staff at Highfield were kind and reassuring, they always had time to talk about my father....
I had cared for my father at home for several years and reluctantly agreed that he needed full-time care at the age of 99 years; he could no longer walk, was almost blind and had trouble feeding himself. The staff at Highfield were kind and reassuring, they always had time to talk about my father. He was content and cared for gently and with respect, he settled well. He passed away of natural causes in bed, in June 2017.
Care staff are excellent. No issues with them or the management. All seem dedicated to their roles which a lot of time is a difficult task.

Very welcoming, friendly and supportive staff. Great care is taken to fulfil all mums needs and I would never consider putting her anywhere else than Highfield.

My sister has lived here for 18 months and during that time she has received superb care and her condition has progressed considerably. She is well fed, kept clean and loves the staff who care for her.
