Thank you for your valuable feedback. I believe the Home Manager has already spoken with you regarding the full range of activities on offer at the home including the recent appointment of a full-time Occupational Therapist which is something few homes offer. Residents from all floors do have access to the gardens, which are well used in the nice weather albeit some residents do have to be supervised to ensure their safety.
