Overall care in home is great, just what my mum needs. However, she loves activities and would like it if there was at least one per day (Monday to Friday). She really enjoys singers, but prefers more modern music. Staff and food are amazing! Thank you.

Thank you so much for your kind and inspiring words about Stoneleigh and our lovely team. Please be assured that whilst we continue to offer activities at least three to four times a week, we are in the process of releasing a member of the Stoneleigh team from her current role who wants to return...

I always find that my grandad's needs are met. On arrival, carers are very friendly and tend to update me with my grandad's daily status before I ask, which I find extremely important and helpful. Always say I walk in and class this more of a "home" than a "care home".

After initial concerns about Auntie coming into a care home, I feel very satisfied and happy my auntie is happy and well looked after. Staff are great, very helpful they always look after me when I visit from Warwichshire. No concerns about safety, I am happy because my auntie is happy.

Can't fault anything at Stoneleigh.

Very happy with the quality of care, always kept informed, and no issues around care. Staff very supportive, kind and caring. They all do a fantastic job. Wish the carers could be paid more money. Appreciate all the help my mum-in-law receives.
Only negative to mention is the front door of the building could be more sturdy, lots of glass and not too secure.

Everyone takes care of and supports and safety of residents as a high priority. Thank you, everyone, at Stoneleigh.

Please be assured that the doors are safe and secure and passed as such on our recent door security audit, and there has been a new lock recently fitted. We are aware, however, that they require modernisation and are part of our planned refurbishment programme.

From the initial contact with the home, I think one particular lady was so amiable and welcoming. She gave us sound practical advice as regards to the respite care, and we actually had a visit beforehand. The staff and carers were all so lovely and professional. A member of staff even carried the bags to the car.

From the day she came in, the staff have been so caring, not just to her but to myself as well. I have never done anything like this before - so helpful. I always get made welcome. Any problems we have, the staff are brilliant.

Very friendly team with genuine care and compassion towards residents. It's what it should be, the residents' home not an institution. The place is immaculate and up-to-date with its decor and furnishings. Nothing is a problem for the staff. If any of the residents do not particularly fancy what is on the menu the catering team will do their best to accommodate their preferences. I can genuinely say I feel that my mam is being cared for with dignity and respect and I feel happy when I leave after visiting as she is happy.

My father was admitted to Stoneleigh Care Home last December, which was a stressful time for the family. The staff were fantastic in helping Dad to settle in and reassuring the family. There is a happy atmosphere in the home with plenty of activities for those who want to join in. The care, overall, is excellent with brilliant carers.

Excellent care was provided for Mum during a short term period of respite. All staff were so kind and thoughtful, looking after Mum and taking care of her needs with sensitivity and warmth. The manager was always available, quick to help and very reassuring, which I really appreciated.

On my arrival at Stoneleigh, I must admit I didn't know what to expect and it took me a little while to grow accustomed to my new surroundings. However, once I did, I became aware that these lovely people were here to help me, I worked with them. I've learnt much in the two months I've been here, things I needed to learn about myself. If and when I go home, I know my experience will help me live out my life in safety.

My mother has been in the care home since before the start of Covid. Also, my father was there for the last few months of his life. I can only say this love and support shown is wonderful. The food is good, mostly fair. The rooms are not big, and this home could benefit highly from an extension or conservatory.

I arrived again at this care home Stoneleigh today to see my sister, and the care and attention to PPE were very attentive. This home has been my sisters home for quite a few years now, and she has been kept clean, eats well, and the staff are brilliant. The home itself is spotless, and there have never been any odours in all the time I have visited. I would recommend even myself to come here.

Cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work during these unforeseen times. The care and attention they have given cannot be put into words. Cannot thank them enough for all the care and attention to my mother and other residents. I think the staff at Stoneleigh should be given some sorry of recognition for all they have done for our loved ones during these difficult times. A very big thank you to all.

My husband, who has Parkinson's and dementia, recently stayed at Stoneleigh. He was reluctant to go but enjoyed the experience so much he wanted to go back. The staff were great with him and engaged in conversation as well as his personal care. He can be difficult for me to manage, and these angels made him a person again.
