My father is currently residing at Stoneleigh. Today was his Birthday, and the kitchen staff made him a splendid cake, he was presented with a gift from the staff. The previous month it was my parents Ruby Wedding Anniversary, and the care home went out of their way to make it a memorable occasion for them both. My mother was presented with cards and a bouquet, and again the kitchen staff made them a beautiful cake as well as taking them out for the day to celebrate.
The staff and management here really do go above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t stress enough how good they have been, the care and consideration shown is excellent, and my family and I really want them to know how grateful we are.

Thank you to all the staff, you do an excellent job.

I find the Stoneleigh Care Home to be very friendly and welcoming and their residents, on the whole, are treated very well by the carers, cleaning staff, the laundry ladies, the events lady and the management.

I especially would like to say how lovely and caring one particular carer is to everyone. She always has a smile for everyone and nothing is too much trouble for her and the two young ladies that work in the kitchen.

Mum didn't want to go to respite care at Stoneleigh but loved it so much she wants to become a permanent resident.

She loved the carers, the food, the structure of her day, everything!

My mother-in-law really didn't want to go into respite care for a long weekend and tried a number of ploys to get out of it even going so far, the night before, telling us she was far too ill to go, we'd have to cancel it. As we had commitments we had to sort out this wasn't going to happen and we knew it was nerves. We left her feeling very down about the whole thing. We went to pick her up 4 days later and she didn't want to come home, she loved it!

Mum transferred to Stoneleigh from a home here in Staffordshire. All her medical/well-being issues were addressed within the first two weeks with the most impressive efficiency and outcomes. The staff are all wonderfully warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.

Warm welcome by staff wearing Christmas jumpers. Like the arrangement of a sitting area off the large entrance hall. Comfortable furniture and warmth. View of people walking past means less isolated gardens well looked after.

Never thought My sister would settle into the home the way she has. She seems quite content and loves the staff. All the staff are really pleasant and cannot do enough to help you. The food always sounds great when she is asked what she wants to eat. Excellent choice.
