Whenever I've visited, the staff have always been welcoming. I attend once a month at administer Holy Communion to any residents which to participate and try to attend coffee mornings and events when I can. The home is always clean and well kept and the residents seem happy to be here.

We really appreciate your very kind words regarding our staff and the care provision at Stoneleigh. Unfortunately, due to the age of the home, we do not offer en-suite facilities although we do have numerous shared facilities for our Resident’s to use.

I have peace of mind knowing mam is looked after by caring staff, well fed and warm. Any health issues are dealt with and a community matron sent for. Her room is clean and clothes always laundered.

Thank you for your review and the great comments regarding the staff.We have organised activities and trips following consultation with our residents and these are advertised on our resident/relative's notice boards and we are always happy to discuss the planned activities with our residents and relatives.
Since my mother was admitted in June 2016 the care has been excellent, she was very ill however her health has improved plus her depression has lifted.

Susan is a Healthcare Professional with a number of years’ experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Susan closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Stoneleigh.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Susan remarked:
“I love working with and getting to know our Residents and hearing their stories.”
Outside of work, Susan enjoys walking holidays in the Lake District and Yorkshire with her partner and spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.
