I can fault nothing in this care/nursing home.
I have been in 3 now and this outshines the other 2 by far. The staff are professional, welcoming and caring.
The food, no word of a lie, is better than even a top hotel in London. The rooms are well laid out and thoroughly cleaned at all times.

Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff ie management, nurses, carers, laundry, maintenance and cleaners etc.

Have visited this care home on a number of occasions over the years and would just like to say what a lovely, friendly, warm welcome I always get every time.
The staff, especially the activities coordinator have the highest level of professionalism.
They can't do enough for the residents, looking after them as a communal group and attending to their individual needs.
Absolutely brilliant.

Well done.

I believe my mother received the best care possible during her 8-year stay in Willowdene. The staff were very efficient and attentive to her even though she wasn't always the easiest person to please. We always found it to a very high standard regarding cleanliness etc.

I asked Willowdene to accept my friend for end of life care because I remembered the care given to another friend in 2017.

The staff at Willowdene Care Home were amazing. They cared for my friend with kindness. They gave her dignity and made her last days as comfortable as they could. They also gave me support and friendship. I will always remember them and thank them so much for all they did for my friend.

My mother really enjoyed staying in for respite, everyone was so polite when I visited and could not do enough for us.
The home was so clean and always busy but nothing was a problem.

My mother said to me she would not hesitate to go in again, which makes me feel at ease when she was in.

During dad's stay at this home, I have utmost respect and confidence that the care he has received since being in here has been of the highest standards. The staff are fantastic and are so helpful in trying to keep dad comfortable. Nothing seems to be an issue with any of your staff. I feel so confident in the ability of the care he gets. The levels of cleanliness, food and hygiene and care are 100% better than the last care home he was at within this county. The nurses seem to care so much for the patients' well-being at all times. Keep up the quality work.

My mother passed away peacefully in February 2018. She had been a resident of Willowdene Care Home for the past 18 months and received first class care with her personal care and everything she needed from carers, cleaning staff, kitchen staff. Everyone is so friendly. It's like another family and I cannot praise them enough.
