Very good atmosphere when entering Acomb Court. Staff very pleasant with residents. Food very good.

My mother has been a resident at Acomb Court for over 5 years and in that time, I have never had any concerns regarding her care. She appeared to be happy and content from the beginning of her stay in the home. The staff are very helpful and regularly keep me up to date with my mother's condition. They are also friendly, patient and cheerful when I visit with my father and we both agree that they are a credit to the company. The home has always been clean and tidy with usually welcoming fresh flowers which my mother always had in her own home.

Meals are good and varied. Always cake, scone or biscuits with a cup of tea.

A pleasant, calm atmosphere in this home. Staff are welcoming, helpful at all times and deal with matters pertaining to my sister promptly. A lovely place to visit.

My mother moved into Acomb Court in October 2017 and as a family, we have been very pleased with the staff and the care she gets. If there is anything that we are not happy with, the matter is addressed very quickly. This is definitely the best place for my mother to be - she particularly enjoys all the activities provided.

After an emotional and often challenging 2016 my mother moved to Acomb Court after a very unsettling few months. From that moment in Sept 2016, the staff welcomed her and made her feel at home. She knows everyone has her best interests at heart and cares for her. I cannot thank Acomb Court enough as they have become part of our extended family.

Staff are always pleasant and always willing to help. I am always kept informed of change in Mam's needs. I have never smelled any odours and Mam is always clean and tidy.
