The level of care is outstanding, the staff are professional and cheerful and the equipment is first class. It is a pleasure to visit the home and I return home each time confident that my brother is in the best hands.

The staff ensure my mum is well looked after and we feel happy leaving her in the care of Picton Court. The carers are caring, patient and make Mum laugh. They have gotten to know her over the year and take great care of her. Mum loves the singers and entertainment, especially when they sing the old songs. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

Wonderful impression for my first visit to inspect home for my mum. Mum is very well cared for. The staff are wonderful and go that extra mile to make sure Mum is happy and content. Mum enjoys the activities and they make sure she is included. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they show my mum, cannot fault anything within this home.

We can't ask for better care for Mum. The staff are so patient and caring at all times. They attend to all her needs. Regular checks and empathy, also dignity at all times. Can't thank them enough. Mum's dietary needs are met, most of the time although some meals could be better. Overall I would highly recommend Picton Court to any family and friends. Thank you to all.

Picton Court has taken care of my mother in the nursing care section to the best degree they can and have managed all aspects of her health and holistic well-being to a very satisfactory degree. We would highly recommend this care home for family who wish to move their loved ones in times of need.

What can I say to express my gratefulness to all the staff, who give 100% to all residents. Any issues are dealt with kindness and thoughtfulness. I cannot say how pleased I am that my husband was given a place at Picton. He is cared for and that's all I can wish for.

My mother has been in Picton Court for just over one year. On all my visits I have found the staff to be professional, efficient in the daily tasks they carry out and most of all treat the residents with respect.

I would highly recommend Picton Court to anyone looking for a first class Care Home.

The staff are really hardworking and lovely to my mum. The managers do not really acknowledge you if you should happen to see them around the home. The entertainment is fab and my mum really enjoys this.

My mother who is now 104 years old, has been in Picton Court since she was 101 years old. On my frequent visits I have found the staff to be friendly and efficient and have a very caring attitude to the residents. My mother is happy at Picton Court. I would recommend the home to any family looking for a good home for an elderly loved one.

As soon as you enter Picton Court you are given a warm welcome from all the staff. As my mother needs 24 hour nursing care, this is given with dignity and sincerity. I cannot thank them all for giving me peace of mind knowing my mother is well looked after and in a safe environment I have dealt with the nurses, carers, receptionist, kitchen and maintenance team and all have been wonderful and nothing is to much trouble. Knowing my mother is happy in her new surroundings, makes me happy. Thank you and well done to everyone at Picton Court.

Residents are treated as individuals with a clear care plan to follow. The unit is peaceful, indicating everyone is comfortable. All staff including laundry and cleaning staff are friendly, polite and considerate to residents. The unit is warm, well-lit and airy. Food is well prepared and well presented, drinks are plentiful throughout the day. Activities are frequent for those who want to and are able to take part. Clothes are laundered well and hung in the wardrobe, well done everyone!

I find it difficult to give an honest/personal view of the care home since I have no experience of any family members being in care or the price of it, it is satisfactory. My wife has been in Picton Court for 4 weeks and I have completed my answers with her help. I have at times thought there was not enough staff available to assist my wife in toileting and mobility.
