Review from Eileen T (Wife of Resident) published on 11 May 2016 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My Husband is a resident at Picton court. It is extremely well run by the management and nothing escapes their attention which is what a good care home should be like.

The staff are extremely efficient at their duties and residents are looked after with dignity comfort and compassion and are treated as members of a big homely family.

A full time activities coordinator is there to bring in a social aspect with lots of fun - Bingo, Floor games, Quizzes, Musical activities, Armchair exercises, Reminiscence, Parties, Gardening Club, Fetes, Raffles, you name it he does it including taking the residents out for lunch which they look forward to.
In the good weather many residents and their families enjoy spending time in the conservatories or outside in the gardens which has stupendous views over fields, to the sea and over the Golf Club.

In my opinion Picton Court is the Jewel in the crown of Care Homes. I cannot Praise it enough and am delighted my husband is there.
