Ty Eirin Care Home

I consider the home to have improved greatly since being taken over. Due to Covid, I have had limited access, but I and my mother, have always been treated with consideration and respect. Would not hesitate to recommend your service. Thank you for helping us through this very challenging time, especially all the staff.

I was so happy seeing my mam today and looking so good. My mam has been well looked after by all the member of staff. A big thank you to Ty Eirin Care Home in this unpredictable time for all the staff and the resident. We, as a family, appreciate all your hard work.

My husband is being well cared for, and the staff are friendly, polite and willing to do anything to help. I was well looked after when I visited my husband, so couldn't ask for more.

Very happy with the nursing facility at Ty Eirin. My mother is very happy and content with very caring staff. Mam was admitted in August and has settled in lovely, nothing is too much trouble.

Ty Eirin is a fabulous home from home environment for all residents. My mum, who suffers with dementia has lived there for more than two years. She is loved, treated as an individual, with respect and dignity. Staff are genuine and caring - from kitchen staff, handymen, activities and care staff - all know the residents by name and go that extra mile to ensure a great quality of life and care. Ty Eirin is amazing!

My mam was admitted to Ty Eirin EMI Nursing Department in January 2020 until she sadly passed away in July 2020 with advanced Alzheimer's. During Mam's short stay I cannot recommend Ty Eirin EMI Nursing Team highly enough. All the team went above and beyond, doing an exceptional job in caring for my mam and I am extremely grateful for their time and patience and they knew I had my full trust in them all. Would definitely recommend Ty Eirin. The cleanliness as well as all the staff is second to none.

My mum has been in Ty Eirin since October 2018. The care she receives is excellent and more so since Covid-19. Because I am unable to visit her, which is very hard on me and her, I have regular FaceTime calls to speak to her and see her which has helped. My thanks go out to all staff, cleaners, cooks etc and of course the caring staff, they are angels. Take care and stay safe.

My mother has dementia. She can't do anything for herself. She is given appropriate food and drink in a kind and compassionate way. All her personal care is attended to timely and carefully. She receives plenty of communication, laughter and friendship. She receives excellent all-round care.

Words cannot express the thanks that I have for the staff in Unit 2 for their continued kindness and professional care that they have given to my mother especially so during this Covid crisis which has been exceptionally challenging for all. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile, for example providing video links via the telephone for me so see my mother, which has meant such a lot to me. We are kept well informed of any problems etc which is reassuring. They are absolutely wonderful, I'd just like to say thank you very much.

My Aunt was admitted into this home after being assessed "at-risk" by the local council and having experienced several falls which hospitalised her and left her immobile. We felt this home to be bright, cheerful, welcoming, and well maintained.

Since Dad has been at Ty Eirin Care Home, he has shown great progress. He has gained weight and looks really, really well. He settled straight away. From the word go, the staff have been amazing. Dad is quite a character and enjoys the company of the staff and fellow residents. I would like (on behalf of the family) to say a big thank you to all the staff (especially, unit-2).

OK, so whilst 'Ty Eirin' Care Home isn't blessed with breathtaking sea views and palatial manicured gardens - it more than makes up with a team of dedicated and outstanding staff. Always friendly, caring and professional, enough said.

No problem at all with my father's care. Friendly staff, clean there. I know he is being taken care of in this difficult time.

My mother has been a resident for over a year and I have been a regular visitor. The staff at Ty Eirin continue to offer exceptional care, even during this very challenging time, I have nothing but admiration for them. All the staff are friendly and approachable and go the 'extra mile' to provide both outstanding care and an experience for residents that is as close to a home environment as possible.

They have done a memorial plaque for her which is so thoughtful. I feel the staff on Ty Hapus deserve recognition for the amazing caring work they do. They go over and above what I am sure they are expected to do. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

An excellent nursing home very pleased with the care my mother receives from the carers, staff and entertainments.

They made her actual admission so easy for us. Since then she has been so well looked after. We are always welcomed. They keep us up to date with everything. They are so sensitive to all our needs. She is involved with all the activities and most of all safe.

Staff are very good. Staff excellent and helpful in caring for mum. She is very pleased they come in and see her regularly and give her comfort/relationship building - mum does not express feelings of being alone. Her health care is monitored very well. Mum says if she ever feels down, the buzzer pressed and care is there immediately.
