Ty Eirin Care Home

I feel better care could be taken of the residents. I am also very sick and tired of dropping off toiletries to my mother, spending quite a bit of money each time to find they are never in her bathroom and no one knows where they are.

The care at my mother's care home is outstanding on the lower check unit. The staff are amazing and kind to me and Mom. They work so hard on the unit. Your company should be very proud of them. "The jewel in the crown at Ty Eiring Care Home". Thank you for looking after my mother.

I would like to thank you for looking after my uncle. Fair play to you all and I am so happy to see that my uncle is being looked after. The lovely staff welcome you and show you where to go.

All staff at the home are very friendly and interact with my mother well. I only have one negative issue which is poor communication with the family over issues such as visiting etc. Social media is often used to post updates but not everyone uses social media. I feel the home's main website should provide easily accessed and up to date information at all times.

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and have helped my father settle really well. I can see an improvement in my father's hygiene and diet here. I am satisfied he is being very well looked after here.

An overall good level of care has been provided under difficult circumstances. Staff have been professional and understanding, at times going above and beyond.

The staff were excellent on the arrival of my mother and have continued to be, as this was an emotional time. Any problems or questions were resolved and answered. Covid restrictions have limited myself to view the room, but my opinion is that of a good one.

Only managed to visit my mum once due to Covid. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Mum looked clean and happy. Overall, everything seems well run.

Lovely care home with polite, professional staff. Mom has settled in well and I am happy with the care she is receiving. Unfortunately, with covid, the staff are dealing mostly with appointments with relatives, rather than arranging activities but we understand the problem.

If I was not happy about anything, my dad would not live here!

Excellent staff. Very helpful and fantastic with Mam. They made her very welcome, comfortable and have gone out of their way with little things to make her happy.

I have found the staff very helpful during my visits to see my mother. They have made every effort for me and the family to see my mother via Facetime during the pandemic and now able to see my Mother on a regular basis, now restrictions are lifting.

My mum is very happy with all the staff and the unit/care home, but she regularly tells me that the food is very poor and a poor variety on offer. This the only thing that myself and my family are disappointed with. Excellent staff.
