With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, I’m passionate about creating a home where residents receive the very best care and where my team feels supported, valued, and motivated to give their all. I truly believe that when a team feels happy and empowered, that positivity shines through in the care we provide every single day.

No two days are ever the same here at Regency House, and that’s one of the things I love most about my role. I enjoy solving challenges, supporting my team, and ensuring our residents feel safe, happy, and at home. It’s incredibly rewarding to work alongside such a dedicated group of people who all share the same goal — to make a real difference in the lives of those we care for.

My approach to leadership is centred around teamwork, respect, and kindness. I take pride in creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive and feel proud of the work they do.
