We are very pleased with our daughter's care. The staff are most accommodating at all times.

My mother has been at Shire Hall for almost a year during the Covid pandemic - a difficult time for all. Unfortunately, lockdowns have prevented me from seeing mum as much as I would like. However the staff have been brilliant in keeping me informed, my mother always looked well looked after and freely interact with staff who always show her the utmost respect and treat her with dignity and affection.

My husband is well looked after and well-loved. He always looks clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly and polite, and the nursing staff always professional and ready to listen to any concerns. He loves music, and they often have musical afternoons with the occupational staff. The food is very good, well presented and tasty. His clothes are always clean and ironed. He always seems contented when I visit. I have a few niggling complaints, eg, shirts and slippers going missing, but on the whole, I am very satisfied with the Shire Hall and its staff.

The care home provides an excellent service for which they should be commended. The pandemic has been challenging, but the staff all coped very well.

The team at Shire Hall have looked after my mum very well, and she is very happy there. We are always made welcome on visiting. They have gone above and beyond to keep Mum safe for the last difficult period.

My first time here visiting her, due to the pandemic. The care I have seen in such a short time has been lovely and respectful towards her and myself. She appears very happy and cared for. I have only visited the garden and seating area, which is beautifully maintained. We were made to feel very welcome.

We feel so comforted and supported knowing Mum is in the safe hands of Shire Hall and all the staff. Mum is valued and truly cared for, and the communication from staff to our family is open and very informative. We truly thank Shire Hall for everything they have done and continue to do for our Mum.

I cannot thank the Shire Hall team enough for taking such good care of my mother. The whole team, from reception, office and care staff are always responsive, helpful and understanding. They deal with all requests promptly. Communications has been fantastic, especially during the coronavirus restrictions. I receive weekly phone updates and regular email updates. No issues.

Assurance and peace of mind that my wife is being looked after by properly qualified, current and competent care staff. The environment and surroundings are perfect for all her needs. God bless all the management and staff at Shire Hall.

Wonderful care home; which always makes me feel welcome. Staff are excellent at their jobs and very friendly with my grandmother. She speaks very highly of them. The care homes overall standard is immaculate; it feels like a 5* hotel! My grandmother is very lucky to be a resident here.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the care staff at Shire Hall. Each and every one of the staff treated my grandmother like family and cared for her in a dignifying way right until the end. The number of activities the home provided and fun and laughter you shared with my gran helped her through her worst days. We are extremely grateful for the care she received while living here and we will never forget you thank you so much.
