I have been on a visit with my wife to Shire Hall today and found all the staff helpful and caring. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. My mother in law is happy and content in this home after being in other homes in Cardiff. This is by far the best.

I had been hospitalised for 13 weeks with septicemia, I couldn't talk, lost 18lbs in weight but since being at Shire Hall, I communicate and make myself understood and I'm eating really well. The staff are so attentive to residents needs and offer support to me when times are difficult. I am always made to feel welcome from the receptionist, the staff in the kitchen and cleaning staff. All in all Shire Hall is a very 'Happy Home' and have made this difficult time so much easier. Thank you.
