Thank you for your kind comment about the care staff at Chapel Level, here at HC-One we always strive to provide our residents with the kindest care. We continually look for ways to improve our service not only to residents, but to all who visit the home and with this in mind, I will certainly look at how best to promote effective communication channels within the care home. Once again thank you for your comments.
Thank you for giving positive feedback about your Father being happy in the home. We would like to assure you that we do order the larger sizes but we cannot control what is supplied from the pharmacy, however, we do communicate regularly with them regarding this.
I was disappointed a bible of Mum's was not found yet. It had special significance to us as our brother's death notice (he died a baby) was posted in the front.
Overall, I would certainly recommend Chapel Level to interested parties.
Thank you for your kind comments about staff and activities. I am so sorry that your other experiences fell short of the very high standards that we expect at HC-One. We are looking at ways to improve the laundry service and again I apologise for any inconvenience caused, I can understand that it would be very upsetting to have other people’s clothes in your Mum’s room. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate the Bible that means so much to you. I know that we can never replace the sentimental value or the hurt caused by the loss of the Bible, however, by way of apology we have posted a lovely new Bible to you and we hope that this will give you some comfort. Once again, thank you for your comments.
