The only issue is for my gran to have a chair so she is comfortable and able to join in activities taking place.
I believe the issue is resolved, however, slight lack of communication during this process. Overall my gran is well cared for happy and content.
Thank you for your lovely review of the care and staff within Chapel Level. It can be frustrating waiting for specialist equipment. It is with the specialist equipment team within HC-One whom are ensuring that the equipment sourced meets the requirements. Stage 3 specialised chairs are made to order and as soon as I have an update I will ensure that you are all informed. Please continue to raise any concerns over the care we provide with me at any time. Thank you for the time you took to leave this lovely review.

The setting is comfortable and access to the extra lounge can make visiting more relaxing, allowing space to sit and chat away from the main area. The activities co-ordinator is dedicated to her job and tries hard to involve both residents and their family/friends. Overall I am happy with everything.
