Excellent service in all respects. My wife was really well looked after and she seemed to enjoy her time in the home., I was very pleased to see her so happy and contented. A great big thank you to all for the way you cared for my wife.

My mother-in-law was a resident in Chapel Level for 5 years until she passed away a few weeks ago. I cannot thank the staff enough for making it a safe, comfortable and loving home for her. She was always well cared for, with dignity and respect and was genuinely looked after and loved by all the staff. Not only did they care for her but for us as well. We are forever grateful to them all.

My friend was looked after very well.
Staff were caring, friendly and caring to him personally.
The range of food was good but my friend had different every-day food needs and this was the home's only difficulty. He would have rated this part of the care poor.

Overall the home was very clean, a good atmosphere and the facilities were of a good standard.

Always easy to access and visit my cousin and his wife. Home always clean, staff friendly, cheery, hard working. Meals on menu always look favourably good. Parking can sometimes be a bit tight but understand it is how it is.

I have been here for three weeks and my stay has been extended. We are awaiting further help for me at home to be put in place. I have been very happy here. The staff are so kind and so helpful. They can't do enough to help. The staff make some time to talk and always answer any question. I feel I trust them and can talk about anything.

Visit my friend on a regular basis and the home is a pleasure to visit. They have recently been all decorated and alterations which are lovely. Can't wait till the summer when we can use the court yard again. Would recommend this home and will keep in mind when my time comes.

Although my husband spent only 9 days in Chapel Level, the level of care given was exceptional. All of the staff went the extra mile for both my husband and myself. I felt that I had made friends. I thank them for the endless cups of tea and comfort. I would recommend this care home without hesitation.

My mother was referred by her social worker for respite as she began to wander out from her sheltered house and there was concern for her safety.
She spent a total of 19 days at Chapel Level and from the 1st day was treated extremely well by all staff.

The staff were caring, understanding and very helpful. I had no hesitation in leaving my mother there as I knew she was safe and secure and would be well looked after.

Bad news travels quickly and widely and the care home sector is often newsworthy for the wrong reasons. However the care, nursing, attention and respect my father received was second to none. From care assistants to staff nurses, care was always evident and care and attention also spread to the family during any visits. Even as dads dementia accelerated and his physical health declined staff were always caring and concerned. At the end both father and family were given first class service, significantly easing dads passing away, never an easy time but all the staff were professional and caring throughout.
