Chapel Level Care Home

My mother settled quickly to Chapel Level Care Home after having previously moved from a care home to hospital. The staff are lovely and very caring and supportive and the nursing care both present and past has been very attentive and informative, as well as listening to concerns regarding my mother's health.

The setting is comfortable and access to the extra lounge can make visiting more relaxing, allowing space to sit and chat away from the main area. The activities co-ordinator is dedicated to her job and tries hard to involve both residents and their family/friends. Overall I am happy with everything.

I find this care home very friendly and the staff attentive to each resident's needs. There is nothing they won't do for you.

The home is very welcoming and my aunty and uncle are happy which makes us happy. Staff are very friendly activities is just fab.

It is reassuring to know that she is well looked after, fed regularly with good meals and safe.

My husband has only been here a short time he was not to well when he came here but he has picked up since he has come I would recommend this care home the carers can't do enough fo9r him they are there for his needs as he needs 24 hour care.

Excellent service in all respects. My wife was really well looked after and she seemed to enjoy her time in the home., I was very pleased to see her so happy and contented. A great big thank you to all for the way you cared for my wife.

My mother-in-law was a resident in Chapel Level for 5 years until she passed away a few weeks ago. I cannot thank the staff enough for making it a safe, comfortable and loving home for her. She was always well cared for, with dignity and respect and was genuinely looked after and loved by all the staff. Not only did they care for her but for us as well. We are forever grateful to them all.

Overall the home was very clean, a good atmosphere and the facilities were of a good standard.

My sister in law was in this home for a short time but I would like to thank you for the high standard of care and the beautiful surroundings.

Always easy to access and visit my cousin and his wife. Home always clean, staff friendly, cheery, hard working. Meals on menu always look favourably good. Parking can sometimes be a bit tight but understand it is how it is.

I have been here for three weeks and my stay has been extended. We are awaiting further help for me at home to be put in place. I have been very happy here. The staff are so kind and so helpful. They can't do enough to help. The staff make some time to talk and always answer any question. I feel I trust them and can talk about anything.

The care home is excellent. Very good standard of care and rehabilitation. I feel very good and happy.

My father has been in the care home and feels secure and safe. There is good overall care from the staff. He is looked after pretty well. I am very satisfied with everything.

Visit my friend on a regular basis and the home is a pleasure to visit. They have recently been all decorated and alterations which are lovely. Can't wait till the summer when we can use the court yard again. Would recommend this home and will keep in mind when my time comes.

Care - all aspects have been of a high standard and communication very good.

Although my husband spent only 9 days in Chapel Level, the level of care given was exceptional. All of the staff went the extra mile for both my husband and myself. I felt that I had made friends. I thank them for the endless cups of tea and comfort. I would recommend this care home without hesitation.

The staff were caring, understanding and very helpful. I had no hesitation in leaving my mother there as I knew she was safe and secure and would be well looked after.

I feel happy to leave my husband here. Staff are cheery and helpful and it's good food.

Whenever I visit my dad I find all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. They're all very helpful when I need any information and everyone is interested to know how I'm feeling as well.
