The staff at Woodside Court were exceptionally kind and cared for our mum with genuine empathy, dignity and compassion throughout her stay. Several members of our family visited every day, and the staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming or supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of Mum's needs were met, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the nursing home for the outstanding care they provided. Their professionalism, kindness and dedication exceeded all our expectations and brought great comfort to both Mum and our family during a very difficult time.
It was an absolute pleasure to look after your Mum and meet you all as a family. Your dedication and love shown to your Mum and family was lovely to see. Remember you are always welcome at Woodside Court.
Following a challenging adjustment period for both, my mum and the family, she now seems more settled. This is in no small part due to Kyle's inclusive management style which brings out the best in his staff - the nurses, carers and domestic team. All are very approachable and open to working with the family to deliver a high standard of care for mum whilst also ensuring her dignity is preserved. We welcome Woodside Court' s bottom up management style which means any concerns are dealt with which inspires confidence.
Thank you for your kind review of Woodside Court. We will pass on your review to our staff.
Management/care/support staff were wonderful, very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My mum got terrific care in what turned out to be the short period she was there.
Thank you so much for the kind review, we will pass this onto our staff on your behalf.
The staff at Woodside Care Home cared for my mum with kindness, professionalism and understanding. The care staff were friendly, helpful and caring towards my mum and us as a family. We could not have wished for a higher standard of care. They ensured my mum was attended to promptly and all details of care were attended to, ensuring my mum's dignity was preserved. The evening staff were particularly attentive, sitting with my mum during the night when she was unsettled and anxious. In providing this care, we as a family felt support and confidence that my mum was safe, cared for and comfortable.
Thank you so much for your kind review, we will pass your comments onto our staff.
Staff always welcoming, helpful with any queries we had would recommend.

Staff are all brilliant and the home is lovely. We have no concerns or whatsoever. The management team are great especially the Deputy Manager. She is very helpful if I have any concerns, which are simple things, nothing serious.
From the day my mum arrived at the home she was made very welcome and she settled in well from the day 1,from that day knew I had made the right decision , I cannot thank the all staff for all the help they gave my mum right till the end , everyone was was so welcoming and friendly and helpful , definitely recommend to anyone looking
Very pleased with all the staff regarding my mum also the activities that are done during the day with singers as well. They all make my mum very welcome and cared for. Thanks.
At times she could be difficult to deal with and he was always treated with kindness and compassion.
I cannot praise his care enough.
Any queries have been dealt with by the administrator straight away. Very thankful for this.
Lovely home and staff.
Overall, I am pleased with the level of care provided for my mother. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No complaints from my side. Easy to get to via bus or car parking. Staff always kept me informed.
The staff made the transition for my brother very smooth, they are very helpful and they answered all your questions. The care home and the gardens are lovely, they allowed my daughters to set his room up the day before he moved in. My mind is at ease leaving him now as he is getting looked after 24 hours a day and getting the help and care that he deserves.
The staff at this home are so helpful. From day one they put my mind at ease with my uncle allowing me to make his room as homely as I wished. Every time I go I get a full update. Could not ask for anything more.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. Any time we asked for something, the staff were always able to help.
Rooms were always clean and tidy. We felt Mum was treated with dignity and care. Thank you.
