Overall Experience

My mum has recently moved into Grandholm and has settled in well. The care and kindness my mum has received is more than I could have wished for. The staff always have a smile and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, very caring and thoughtful staff who have a very demanding job at times.

Overall Experience

My mum has been a resident of Grandholm Care Home for nearly eight years and I am completely satisfied with the care that she has received. I am kept completely informed as to her condition, even when it is minimal.

Overall Experience

My husband has been very happy and settled down well at Grandholm, suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia it is all I can wish for. The staff are caring and friendly although often seem overstressed with a lot to cope with on occasion. Overall there is a happy atmosphere there.
