I feel so happy that my Mum is in St Olaf. From the moment you walk through the door, it is spacious and bright. Staff are always smiling and welcoming and you are always offered tea/coffee etc. Staff and management always have time to speak to you and keep you updated at all times. If you ask for anything to be done i.e. nails cut, hair appointment etc. These are always carried out very promptly. When I visit all the residents are happy and smiling. St Olaf is such a lovely homely place to be.

Residents get a say in new additions to the menu. The home is kept very clean and my only complaint is that sometimes there is a smell in the dementia unit of bodily fluids. It would also be good if there was some usable outside garden space for the dementia residents
