Can't find any fault with Crofthead.
Thankyou , we are delighted to hear that we are meeting your expectations.
As always, my mother is being cared for well. The facilities in Crofthead are wonderful but it is the care and compassion of the staff that is truly outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place for a relative.
your feedback.
If there was an excellent plus to select I would allocate it to the boxes. This is a very pleasant place to live.
Thankyou, we are delighted you are happy living at Crofthead.
Have always found staff very approachable and any concerns are addressed immediately which in all honesty are few and far between.
Thankyou, we will pass on your kind words to the staff team.
Residents are well cared for, staff are kind and helpful. I never have any trouble. They have a good selection of food. The home is well managed.
Thankyou, your positive feedback is appreciated ,the Chef was delighted to hear your sister is enjoying the food.
Cannot praise staff enough for the care given to my mum, she is always treated with care and compassion.

Thankyou, we are pleased your Mum has settled well into Crofthead.
All the staff went above of beyond this Christmas to make everyone feel welcome, as they do all year.

We cannot rate Crofthead Nursing Home highly enough and we have recommended this care home to friends and family. The staff are all lovely and treat mum as part of the family. She is happy and well cared for. We are always kept informed of any issues, trips and special lunch visits for celebrations, etc. We definitely feel part of the Crofthead Family!
Thank you, we are delighted that you feel part of Crofthead family. We appreciate you taking the time to give us such a positive review.
Provides constant attendance in main sitting room staff deal very sensitively with matters eg. with confusion when residents forget they care & need assistance to sit down or settle them. This is much appreciated not only by residents & gives confidence to visiting relatives.
Thank you for your kind words, it is very much appreciated.
This is my Mum's first full month and so far I am happy with all aspects of her care.
standard of care.
My Grandpa has been here for a few years now, since day one we have felt safe and comfortable with him staying here. He is always kept well and safe. The biggest positive is for the staff, they always go above and beyond for him also his visitors. We rate this place very highly and are grateful for the help.
Thank you for your kind words and your appreciation of the staff team at Crofthead.
Freidnly staff and good food and care of health in comfortable rooms of bed and board.
This being my first introduction to care home living, I was naturally apprehensive. Being unaware of what I was entering made me watch my step to start with, but gradually I got used to my new environment (and it got used to me, I hope). Various things I have to get used to but with the help from the staff (all levels) I think I'm adjusting quite well. I am lucky to have a good relationship and I have frequent friends who are made welcome and keep me in touch with my past life. In short, we've got used to each other as we're going to spend a lot of time together. Things could be worse but I know it's going to get better. Thanks, Crofthead Care Home!
Very good, any issues dealt with quickly and professionally.
The staff are all kind and helpful. My sister's mental and physical condition continues to deteriorate, but at least I can take comfort in the fact that I know she is being cared for which is important to me as my health isn't great just now.
Nurses and care assistants receive regular training and give residents the support they need. Managers and admin staff are always available and willing to help when required. Relatives are kept appraised, through regular meetings of how ht home is being run. There appears to be good camaraderie between the staff. The catering department prepares a wide selection of meals to suit all tastes. A variety of activities are offered and many relatives and friends enjoy seeing what has been happening on the home's social media page.
From day one my husband has been warmly received and very well cared for. We are able to discuss any problems freely and any issues have been quickly resolved. My husband said he is very content. A fabulous home/
I am very pleased with the care my Mother has received here since September 2023. Mum was slow to settle in (I feel) but over the last few weeks, I have noticed that the care and attention the staff have given Mum has paid off.
