Good with my Mum in every way.
The variety of activities that are laid on for the residents is excellent, everyone's tastes and ideas are catered for. I am delighted that I was able to get my mum into Crofthead as it gives all my family, a good feeling knowing how well she is being looked after.
Experience of this residence is that the surroundings are like walking into a fabulous hotel. Cleanliness of rooms etc is next to none. Staff cannot do enough for residents and also visiting families. Excellent food with choices set out on a menu to choose from. There is always excellent entertainment within the home and when the weather permits, day trips. Staff often go out of their way to give that extra mile. Three words. Simple the best.
Very friendly and approachable. Nice atmosphere in this care home.
My Mum has been in the home for around 18 months. I find the staff all very nice and helpful and the place is always spotlessly clean.
My mother is very well looked after, outstanding care at Crofthead. The standards of care are extremely impressive.
My mother has been in Crofthead Care Home for 17 months now and is well settled. She has become a bit of a mascot for the home within recent press and advertising campaigns. She is well looked after and the staff all try to spend some time chatting to her. She knows all about their families and this is good for her as it keeps her mind active. She is involved in a lot of the activities and enjoys this too.
The care both my parents receive from staff at Crofthead is exemplary. They are looked after with kindness, compassion and love. Their dignity has and is continuing to be maintained without exception. Both of my parents suffer from fairly complex health issues as well as dementia and the staff meet their needs in all ways. They know them both very well and respond to health issues as they arise and deal with them promptly working in close partnership with myself and my brother. Excellent!
I am very happy with the care my husband is getting nurses and carers are all very nice.
I could see my father was happy and I had seen for myself the care all the staff take in looking after their residents.
Great care home.
Could ask for no better.
In addition, staff are caring and courteous to me as a visitor - welcoming whatever the time of day and considerate of my needs and worries surrounding Mum's deteriorating condition.
Please note that I speak as a nurse for nearly 35 years so have had a lot of experience of care.
I am very happy with the care my dad receives. The carers are very warm and friendly and will sit and chat and have fun with the residents at quieter times. My dad seems happy and settled.
Crofthead Care Home has been amazing with my grandpa. They make sure all his needs are met. They keep his room extremely clean and tidy. The place is stunning and would recommend to everyone.
Crofthead Care Home staff are like family and they treat my Dad as they would their own. I can go about my day safe in the knowledge that he is being well taken care of. The home is extremely well managed and the staff always look happy. The home is exceptionally clean and free of bad odours. They encourage my Dad to do things to keep him active both mentally and physically. They keep me informed of any changes or doctors visits. I could not imagine my Dad being anywhere else.
A nice clean home and my mother is well looked after.
The staff in the home are all very kind, attentive and are always willing to discuss issues that arise.
My father in law had been a resident in the care home for a few years now. I have never had any worries or complaints since he was admitted. I am always kept up to date with issues concerning his care and staff are very helpful at all times.
My husband and I enjoy visits to the care home as the atmosphere is always very pleasant. My father in law has thrived since living here and we have great piece of mind he is safe and well.
The home is excellent. The carers and all professional staff including cleaners, are very friendly and professional and looking after my aunt as best they can as she is not in good health at the moment. They are very good with her and are treating her with dignity.
Mum has settled well and all the staff look after her very well and always have time to chat with Mum, which is much appreciated.
Amazing care home. Staff are lovely and attentive.
