Overall Experience

Very pleased with overall service. Problems with my mum adjusting to move and with interacting with other residents handled really well by the staff. Care home very clean and tidy. Food appears a good variety and tasty. Care home were able to resolve issues with mum's current medication to ensure that she is much more relaxed and sociable.

Review from Audrey C (Daughter of Resident) published on 29 January 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My first impressions of the home as a clean, tidy and fresh place for my mother to live have been borne out in practice. The manager encourages swift action when we have questions or concerns and these are normally dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. My mother has become more alert and more mobile since arriving thanks to the entertainment and exercises on offer (and her own persistence). I have overall been very pleased by what I have seen.
