Having visited my brother over a 2 year period we have seen a great improvement in the running and organisation of the home. From the moment I first walked through the doors, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness, where every member of staff clearly takes pride in their work and contributes to creating a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment for the residents. This compassionate approach has made what could have been a very emotional and overwhelming experience so much easier for me and my family. The wonderful activities provided for the residents are meaningful and fun, and it is so heartwarming to see how much joy they bring. Music, in particular, creates special moments when musicians visit as the residents light up and the staff join in with such enthusiasm, encouraging everyone to take part. When we viewed Redmill Care Home for mum, as soon as we arrived it looked lovely inside, and mums room was just perfect. Everyone has been so helpful and mum has settle in amazingly well. We see a difference in mums health condition due to have a good care level and support.

My wife has been in Redmill Care Home for two years. I have had concerns when she was first admitted but now I have noticed a huge improvement in all the care home standards with care and staff moral.

Mum has been a resident for around 3 years was not a very good experience for her or myself, but since new manager has took up the post I have saw vast improvement through out the home and with my mum in particular mum was always known for her lovely dress sense, she now looks well looked after.

Overall, very happy with the care and attention my mum receives at Redmill. I feel happy she is looked after well when I cannot be with her. She is healthy and happy, and that's all you can wish for.

Our experince so far has been positive, it has only been 2 days since my mother arrived. She is still not convinced but everyone has been helping to convince her to join in. I am unable to provide further information due to the short timescale.
