Redmill Care Home, in the picturesque town of East Whitburn in West Lothian, supports older people to lead their best lives with personalised nursing and nursing dementia care.

Redmill Care Home is a truly exceptional facility. From the moment I first walked through the doors, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness, where every member of staff clearly takes pride in their work and contributes to creating a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment for the residents.
This compassionate approach has made what could have been a very emotional and overwhelming experience so much easier for me and my family. The wonderful activities provided for the residents are meaningful and fun, and it is so heartwarming to see how much joy they bring. Music, in particular, creates special moments when musicians visit as the residents light up and the staff join in with such enthusiasm, encouraging everyone to take part. THANK YOU... from the bottom of my heart for the love, kindness, and joy you bring every day as it makes such a difference not just to the residents, but to families like mine who can rest easier knowing their loved ones are truly cherished

This is my first visit and I am blown away with the kindness and care of the wonderful staff. I am very content knowing my nana is well looked after and taken care of. The facilities are clean, fresh and lovely. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm.

When we viewed Redmill Care Home for mum, as soon as we arrived it looked lovely inside, and mums room was just perfect. Everyone has been so helpful and mum has settle in amazingly well. We see a difference in mums health condition due to have a good care level and support.

My dad is a resident here and I am delighted with the care he receives. Everyone is so friendly from the staff to cleaners. There is so much to do loads of activities, always something going on! His room is always spotless its a 10 our of 10 for me.

Mum has been a resident for around 3 years was not a very good experience for her or myself, but since new manager has took up the post I have saw vast improvement through out the home and with my mum in particular mum was always known for her lovely dress sense, she now looks well looked after.

As a family we were naturally concerned about mum going into care but from our first visit we were made so welcome and at ease. Mum has settled in so well and made friends with staff and fellow patients. Mum us really happy now and it is very reassuring to see her like this. All the staff at Redmill

My mum is looked after very well in Redmill and is cared for and nurtured by all of the staff.
I feel they treat her with respect and love and it makes me feel happy that she is looked after well.
I always feel at home when I visit and the carers are all happy to chat or answer any concerns/questions
I raise.
The home is continually improving and the cleanliness has improved a lot in the last few months. All in all, a good experience for both myself and mum.

Very caring staff. Helpful and supportive. Someone is always on hand if there is a question. Visitors are made welcome always. Staff always smile and say hello. Staff seem to know mum well and in a short space of time after admission. Mum is comfortable and cared for 24hrs/day
