My gran stayed here on respite for just over a week and had a great time. There lots of activities for residents to take part in. She said the food was excellent and she made lots of new friends! I visited most days and the staff were always fantastic. The room was spacious and clean and she had a lovely view of the garden area. She is looking forward to staying again

We were met with wonderful staff Gary, Matti and Angie and Mum who all played a part in getting Mum settled into her room with all the necessary formalities completed in a lovely manner.
I could see Mum was comfortable and all worries for me had disappeared.
Feedback from family whilst I was on holiday was possitive and reassuring.
Mum enjoyed the company and the meals were delicious.
Activities were available and very clear to read what was on each day.
From stepping in the door at Espedair it had a lovely homely feel and staff were warm and attentive.
In summary Mum has said she would return for her next holiday later this year.

Used facility for respite care. Staff were friendly and welcoming from initial meeting with manager through a visit to see facilities and then throughout mums stay. Kept up to date with mums stay and how she was which was reassuring for first time she had been into respite.
I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff here, especially Angie who goes above and beyond and always makes my grandad smile! Her energy and positivity is contagious. We are so grateful to the nursing home staff for taking such good care of him, and reassuring us that he's safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything!
I also really appreciate how the home shares updates and activities on social media. It helps families feel connected and included, which is so reassuring.

My mother in law is very well presented and is always clean. She speaks highly of her carers and the nursing staff.
The Care Home always has activities for residents and events for special occasions which families are invited to and are well attended. The link with the local schools & nursery is excellent.
Staff are quick to inform us if my mother in law has any external needs ( new clothing required; toiletries etc)
The hairdressing room is an added bonus for residents welfare.

Something else that can't be taken for granted is the fact that the staff have got to know my husband personally and equally got to know me and our friends too. It's so important because then they engage on a personal level easily with him to help him feel at home . Of course I can't forget the office staff and the manager she is AMAZING thank you ! she always most helpful and is always available with a kind ear.

The staff and services here are absolutely amazing. My gran is socially active, engaged, well fed and is presentable any time I've visited. The staff are so personable, kind and attentive to the people living there. I can rest easy knowing my gran is being well looked after. It was also my grans birthday recently and they went above and beyond to make it a great day for her. It is always warm and welcoming with a family atmosphere.

My 81 year old mum was moved to residential care in Sep 2025. My mum was very aprehensive and worried. The staff have been exceptional in helping my mum feel welcome and settled. They take the time to make sure my mum, who is very quiet, participates in the activities. I feel my mum is benefiting from the company & care she is receiving. And is a totally different person. :)
Thank-you so much for sharing your positive experience and it is wonderful that your dear mum is doing so well and enjoying living at Braemount. Best wishes.
